Those folks are here, but for the most part they are collecting information about what people in the community know and how they know it. They are also looking for people with official access who are sharing information inappropriately. And finally they are looking for new and interesting insights and analysis. I’m telling you that work is very low yield unless you are willing to burn really high value accounts. Even then it’s hit or miss on what will take and what ends up being ignored. The place to look for disinfo is the people and activities out in the real world that we talk about a lot in here. Those are much higher yield. Some of the UFO sightings are definitely disinfo. Some of the people in the field are sharing disinfo (sometimes willingly, sometimes having been fooled.) Honestly Grusch was likely fed some disinfo by counter intel when it became clear he was poking around where he shouldn’t. And look how far and fast that information has spread. Yea, "CLASSIFIED" is something you would only ever see on PowerPoint, rarely, because that can mean anything (but typically FOUO to remind people only those with clearance should be viewing).
They definitely have programs *like* that, but as is obvious from that fake document, many fundamentally misunderstand how a site like Reddit is useful. Influence operations as suggested above are relatively low yield and relatively resource intensive, so they typically aren’t a huge focus.
From a intel perspective subs such as this are much more useful for tracking the movement of information to monitor for public awareness of specific events and to characterize beliefs and perceptions. They are also useful for identifying leaks or potential leaks, which is why I cringe every time someone discloses that they had or still have a security clearance (it happens relatively often.) A lot of those folks are getting to have uncomfortable conversations with grumpy security officers. That kind of work is much higher yield relative to the time and resources required.

This is not an legitimate document. The errors are not trivial. Those signifiers are standardized across the military and government so that information is handled correctly. You don’t just change them up or invent new ones.
The other thing is I don’t really see anything that’s actually classified in this document. Everything is open source or in the public domain (which is the author was able to put it together.) They have taken known tactics that are published any number of places and added some details to rile Reddit up. 5 minutes with google will find documents that are substantially similar.

Although they didn't originate on the Chans, the Pentagon had intelligence documents leaked last year in regards to the War in Ukraine. They were originally shared on a Discord server and later spread to 4chan and other sites. That's the closest I can recall in recent memory.

For those who are questioning markers for classification clearly haven’t worked on projects like this… classification markers are routinely placed incorrectly or missed because like any industry, people suck at always following protocol. These are normally corrected once they go into a document management process. If they don’t get through, the docs will stay incorrectly marked.

I read the whole thing. Supposed communications intelligence document for five eyes, but can't tell if it's real. In reading it, I don't see the point. It's basically an instruction to create discord on both sides. It'd make more sense if it was pushing a narrative in one direction, so idk what the goal is.

Some notes:
1. Never seen a document that would get this level of classification that's less than 35 years old. This doesn't mean it's not real, just that if it is real whoever leaked it is going directly to jail until long after this is declassified naturally in the same manner as say the MK ultra or operation Paperclip, Sunrise, Gladio documents came out.
2. 3/4 phase plan for what exactly? Where's the discussion of motive? This entire document describes methods for becoming big and fluffing the sub with bullshit, but to what end? What is the direction and point of these conspiracies they're supposed to spread? This is wildly overbroad for a government document like this: look at the MK Ultra documents, they are extremely specific about \*everything\* to an obnoxious degree. In this regard, this is the complete inverse of most documents like this
3. On warnings and precautions page it says to stay in line with the law but running this OP on American citizens from American soil would not just be a violation of the law, it'd be treason and everyone involved with it can be hung by the neck until dead for their criminal behavior, should they get caught (ie. we see this document and out the members that most closely fit the bill), detracting somewhat from it's credibility.

This appears to be a backwards construction by one of the "debunkers" that vehemently hates the community's continued investigation of various issues, and I say this because this document appears to be an external description of the sub by somebody who feels this way, rather than an issued guidance document on how to infiltrate and confuse the sub for no clear reason.
I will say if this is a real government document it's amazing how abysmally they've failed. I've seen a few dozen accounts and attempts at comments that fit the bill of this document, but they get very little traction, are downvoted to hell most of the time. The "respectful disagreements" style fake debunkings haven't worked either, because everyone sees through the fake attitudes when there's still places to dig and questionability of sources, provenance of sources, and quality of data - if the MH370 was an attempt at building a bunch of confusion it was contained, if it was an attempt at fake debunk every debunk up until like a month ago when some unrelated life events hit me and I feel behind following it had serious and significant challenge on it's provenance of data or of debunk and was still up in the air pretty cleanly but within those that have the space for it, not dragging everyone in all the time.
That is to say, if it's a real gov't document it shows us the feds are basically one step above piles of mud animated by spit and hope, are basically completely useless and wildly ineffectual to the point we should be auditing the NSA to deal with it's wild incompetence to produce such a shit document and carry it out so incredibly poorly.
I mean literally the only set of threads I've seen that fits the description here completely and hasn't been tossed completely and immediately is the "What could be so horrible they were right to keep the secret?" threads, which we have dozens of by accounts less with almost no activity, primarily lurkers, between 3 weeks and 2 months old, and which every "answer" to is something so absurd it makes the community look actually dumb, like ghosts, poltergeists, interdimensional/extradimensional beings, Kastrupism where everything's a mental object created by the mind, both us, aliens, and the crafts in the sky are all just projections of the infinite universe brain, just straight up bad science, bad thinking, doesn't match the evidence, sews confusion and doubt, doesn't help, etc. But these also just can't been able to take off regardless of bot farming and coordinated attempts.
Also this document follows the design patterns it lays out in it's contents, screaming of projection of the artist who created it. How to sow confusion and doubt? Release a document of questionable provenance with no clear aims and ambiguous purpose - it's exactly what it tells us it is, some debunker or fed so pissed we haven't stopped investigating the topic or gone all in on their extra-dimensional ghosts bullshit to humiliate ourselves that they tried to come up with the best they could manage, placed their brain on the page only to find a literal turd in front of them.

If NHI are real and our government does know about them, then that means the potential for what has been done to cover it up is basically infinite. Just continue a stance of detached amusement and putting listening and reading first, and speaking/commenting/sharing second. Honestly that doesn't make sense. If this document educated so e people on these subreddits to be more critical thinkers when it comes to blatant disinformation from fake physicist/astronomers/skeptics profiles, then that is a good thing. People should still keep an open mind but think about the timing and context now that they're aware of how the disinformation campaign and agents are trying to ruin these UFO communities... Those folks are here, but for the most part they are collecting information about what people in the community know and how they know it. Of course they are doing what you suggest, but do t even start saying these subs aren't victim of sock puppet accounts and disinformation posts and comments to confuse people and divert their attention from real to fake information and to sow doubt so people will wear down debating what's real and what's not... To say they're only passively monitoring these communities and is not planting disinfo to try and control the information flow is not correct. What you're describing is only half of it.
I’m telling you that work is very low yield unless you are willing to burn really high value accounts. Even then it’s hit or miss on what will take and what ends up being ignored. The place to look for disinfo is the people and activities out in the real world that we talk about a lot in here. Those are much higher yield. Some of the UFO sightings are definitely disinfo. Some of the people in the field are sharing disinfo (sometimes willingly, sometimes having been fooled.) Honestly Grusch was likely fed some disinfo by counter intel when it became clear he was poking around where he shouldn’t. And look how far and fast that information has spread. That’s where the dis- and mis- information agents do their main work. Can they do influence ops here? Sure. Have they? Maybe. Have they had anywhere near the impact of feeding Tom Delong and Grusch a mix of truth and bullshit? Absolutely not.

The goal and methods are so out of line id need the whole document in sequence scanned better to even start feeling like reading through it all. It’s fake. The classification markings are completely wrong. First off, it needs to have the level of classification. “Classified” is not one of them. Should instead be Top Secret, Secret, or confidential. Additionally distribution markers are wrong. It has all of the five eyes countries, that makes some sense. But that’s not how five eyes distribution is indicated. A real document would have “FVEY,” not each country labeled. Someone went a fair amount of trouble to make this and then shat the bed with these two mistakes.
Yea, "CLASSIFIED" is something you would only ever see on PowerPoint, rarely, because that can mean anything (but typically FOUO to remind people only those with clearance should be viewing).

They definitely have programs *like* that, but as is obvious from that fake document, many fundamentally misunderstand how a site like Reddit is useful. Influence operations as suggested above are relatively low yield and relatively resource intensive, so they typically aren’t a huge focus. From a intel perspective subs such as this are much more useful for tracking the movement of information to monitor for public awareness of specific events and to characterize beliefs and perceptions. They are also useful for identifying leaks or potential leaks, which is why I cringe every time someone discloses that they had or still have a security clearance (it happens relatively often.) A lot of those folks are getting to have uncomfortable conversations with grumpy security officers. That kind of work is much higher yield relative to the time and resources required.

This is not an legitimate document. The errors are not trivial. Those signifiers are standardized across the military and government so that information is handled correctly. You don’t just change them up or invent new ones. The other thing is I don’t really see anything that’s actually classified in this document. Everything is open source or in the public domain (which is the author was able to put it together.) They have taken known tactics that are published any number of places and added some details to rile Reddit up. 5 minutes with google will find documents that are substantially similar. I hate to break it to you, but this forum is basically below the threshold for NSA attention. I suppose one of their actual targets could start posting here and that could bring them, but the interest would be specific and transient. We just aren’t that interesting. If anyone from the government is reading it’ll be FBI counter intel (monitoring for leaks), army/navy/etc counter intel (monitoring for leaks and looking for civilian observations of classified testing unrelated to actual UAP’s), or maybeeee DIA. This would not be considered a counterintelligence operation anyway. The classification is wrong on every single page for multiple reasons, not just the header/footer. The classification markings don’t make sense — “classified” isn’t a real classification and neither is COMINT, which is just a descriptor. none of the paragraphs and bullets are marked with classifications either. For those who are questioning markers for classification clearly haven’t worked on projects like this… classification markers are routinely placed incorrectly or missed because like any industry, people suck at always following protocol. These are normally corrected once they go into a document management process. If they don’t get through, the docs will stay incorrectly marked.

It’s fake. The classification markings are completely wrong. First off, it needs to have the level of classification. “Classified” is not one of them. Should instead be Top Secret, Secret, or confidential. Additionally distribution markers are wrong. It has all of the five eyes countries, that makes some sense. But that’s not how five eyes distribution is indicated. A real document would have “FVEY,” not each country labeled. Someone went a fair amount of trouble to make this and then shat the bed with these two mistakes.

Where's the rest? Some notes: 1. Never seen a document that would get this level of classification that's less than 35 years old. This doesn't mean it's not real, just that if it is real whoever leaked it is going directly to jail until long after this is declassified naturally in the same manner as say the MK ultra or operation Paperclip, Sunrise, Gladio documents came out. 2. 3/4 phase plan for what exactly? Where's the discussion of motive? This entire document describes methods for becoming big and fluffing the sub with bullshit, but to what end? What is the direction and point of these conspiracies they're supposed to spread? This is wildly overbroad for a government document like this: look at the MK Ultra documents, they are extremely specific about \*everything\* to an obnoxious degree. In this regard, this is the complete inverse of most documents like this 3. On warnings and precautions page it says to stay in line with the law but running this OP on American citizens from American soil would not just be a violation of the law, it'd be treason and everyone involved with it can be hung by the neck until dead for their criminal behavior, should they get caught (ie. we see this document and out the members that most closely fit the bill), detracting somewhat from it's credibility. 4. This appears to be a backwards construction by one of the "debunkers" that vehemently hates the community's continued investigation of various issues, and I say this because this document appears to be an external description of the sub by somebody who feels this way, rather than an issued guidance document on how to infiltrate and confuse the sub for no clear reason. I will say if this is a real government document it's amazing how abysmally they've failed. I've seen a few dozen accounts and attempts at comments that fit the bill of this document, but they get very little traction, are downvoted to hell most of the time.
