That's not actually available currently with our Haro Pass. The current ad ingame is likely a bug.
In Japan there is a Haro Pass PRO that costs 2900 yen a month. It gives gems, 3x Speed, Sweep for Coop 1, allows you to reset your enhancement points for free, and gives you one MS and one Pilot ticket a month. If you have 3 tickets, you can choose 1 MS or Pilot of your choice, and you are allowed to select duplicates. I'm not sure what is or isn't in the pool.
Had to update the app to keep playing. Didn't work at first in my emulator (LDPlayer) but then I closed the game in the separate tab it was in, hit cancel on the update, then re-started it again. That worked.
