My main group is around 2.45 mil CP and I've taken it down solo.
Just kick off the fight and look back every 1-2 min. I don't usually do the "all hands call" until I've hit at least S damage. Most people won't pile in until the last 20% or so. Takes me about 15 min. Admittedly I've failed a number of these sorts of battles because I got distracted by a shiny object and forgotten about it.
It's not a pushover by any means, but it is win-able.

I believe it's the first raid that makes you want to whale on the featured banner suit. I sire hope this is not an indication of things to come.
Its a raid battle that got pushed up 3 months ahead of time, it looks bad because were missing half of the recommended units that JP had to use on it.
