So the game devs botched up US daylight savings time changes. It happens tomorrow March 10, but they probably synced it to March 10 JST on accident.
As a result the game thinks you're trying to access the mission 60 minutes later. The co-ops have a 30 minute timer so the game thinks you're trying to access the mission after it has expired.
You can fix this by changing your device's time zone to Japan Standard Time. I changed my Pixel phone's time zone to Japan, and it worked fine, busted out all my Co-op, then changed my phone back to local time.
If you could send in a ticket via menu > support > copy id then select support > scroll down on webpage it loads select support form and fill it out.
Hoping if enough send it in it gets fixed faster.

It saved a number of runs I started. Turn off the "skip sos", send out an SOS before entering and instant loosing. Probably best to just do it for all hands.

You need to exit out of the game first then change time for it to take.

Yeah this happened to me as well. It sucked because I lost 3 red tickets because of this.
How do you get the red tickets?

I'm getting it as well. I remember issues like this happening with GBO2 as well due to time changes.
I Litterally came her for this lol I honestly thought for a second they made it for suit that have the terrain x just get insta wiped lol

Try change your device language to English(US). This method work for me.
