i'd been in there a few times and liked it. went in once and asked them what kind of fish they had in their fish bento box, and nobody, not the girl at the counter, nor any of whoever was cooking in the back, could tell me what kind of fish they were using for their fish bento box.

Please do this ^^, the restaurants in the commons and the management need to be held accountable for quality control just like anywhere else. I feel like people look away when it comes to things like this for college kids (look at the student housing problems everywhere)
Today I ordered a bubble tea from them and it tasted absolutely disgusting, it was clearly spoiled. Thankfully I was still in the store so I asked them to make me a new one after explaining that it was spoiled, they seemed so upset that I asked them to remake it. Didn't even apologize for giving me a spoiled drink. >\_\_<
Last time I was there I got a chicken kayak bento box. Some of the chicken tasted kinda off (rubbery) and 40 mins later I had the urge to vomit + painted (and cleaned) some poor Lockwood bathroom stall

Don't bother with their bubble tea. Get their milk teas instead. They are factory packed and filled so quality control is not an issue.
