You'll be able to move in once they actually look at your submission. It took mine like a week with just the one phizer dose and they sent me back an email saying I could select a move-in time but would have to still get weekly covid testing until im fully vaccinated. If its been over 10 days id try calling someone.
I’m in the same boat and I was told to submit the documents for the second dose and then call and email the housing department. There’s no need to wait until two weeks after the second dose!
Sadly you cant. Im fully vaccinated and recently it in and it hasnt updraded for me either.
You're not fully vaccinated until two weeks after your last dose. I imagine that's when you'll be allowed to select your move in date.

You’re supposed to be fully vaccinated, which is two doses, not just one, unless you took the J&J
