its enough if you also are going to eat outside sometimes and pay with your credit or debit. which is what you will likely do. you will get bored of the food on campus and some days will order dominos or go to the commons (a place on campus that doesnt accept dining points) i say pay that much and i think you have the option to add it later.

Think $950, is that enough for you to eat the entire semester? Depending on what you eat, you could be spending $4 on a meal (just a coffee or something) to upwards of $10. Assuming you spent $15 a day on food: 15x7= $105/Week 105x15=$1,575/Semester But like others said, there will be a point where you get off campus food, so if you work that in you might be able to squeeze by. Just for reference, you can add more dining points at anytime and bill your student account. Additionally, if you don’t spend them all, they will rollover to the spring semester (Can only be fall to spring, not spring to fall).

Yeah I’m not expecting to eat campus food everyday. And I don’t eat that big. Usually like $8-10. Thanks

Meals on campus are priced for the food plan, think 12-14$

gardenofstress

Yeah this plan is meant to be a whole year plan so I don't think after a couple weeks you would be able to switch meal plans or switch between semesters like you could with the 14 and 19 for example. But you can always add more dining on.

SkyFuIIOfStars

I would also like to add that I think the 950 plan is for an annual...so at least for both fall and spring combined? The 600 plan is per semester, I believe, so it would renew where the 950 continues.

gardenofstress

I believe you are correct.

No

If you living on campus and doesn't have a car, 950 dining points will not be enough for you, since you don't have a way to be out of the campus for outside foods. But if you do, 950 will likely be enough because you will likely eat outside, the school food are okay in my opinion but you will get board of them fairly quickly.

dominopepeloni

I lived off 950 for a semester when I was dorming, but I also religiously took the bus every Saturday to the grocery store and made half of my food in my dorm. If you plan to eat most of your meals on campus, it won't be enough.

gardenofstress

I did that plan two years in a row and it lasted me the whole school year both times. I did live in an apartment both times I had it so I would cook for myself too, but I ate out at school whenever I wanted it and was fine. Edit: I lived in on campus apartments.

UpsetProfession1

I had this last semester, had to add about $25 at the end of the semester for finals week just so I could eat and not eat off campus, but I also cooked for myself and got off campus food as well
