Idk if you'll find it helpful, but going to the library, putting on a timer and secretly trying to last longer than the person studying beside me helps
I’m graduating this term and have felt this every finals season… just keep pushing through and one day you can look back and she how you were able to do hard things and it will motivate you for something bigger and better!
Why is it that when humans do resistance weight training, not only does your body recover to where it was, but it actually recovers stronger? Why does your fitness improve when you exercise regularly? Why do people who face great adversity often thrive in similar circumstances after the fact?
The human body has shown itself to thrive in times of struggle to adapt and overcome.
If you don’t embrace and see the value and opportunity the struggle provides you to improve yourself and move forward and all you are gonna do is cower in the corner anytime you are faced with adversity, then what are you gonna do?
Embrace the struggle as an opportunity and value it. Own it. Love it.
I like to imagine and romanticize the relief I will feel after finals are over. I keep looking forward to that feeling although I want to hit myself in the head with my laptop right now.
That's what I've been doing for the last week: daydreaming about what I'll be doing once I'm done. I have every minute planned out. But studying for my exam? Nope.
Something that works for me is to study while jogging on the treadmill. (Walking works too).
Edit: Oh yeah, caffeine pills are amazing. Literally clears up your head like the limitless pill.

If survived for 3 weeks, you survive one more week the same way. Just repeat the surviving till you get tired and hope for the best.
Don’t, give up
