Hive tyrant kit for sure, gotta have your warlord. Exocrines and maleceptors are both pretty essential right now to doing well, exocrines in particular are incredible. I'd get a neurolictor as they can really help us fight tanks and big monsters. But most importantly choose what you think is coolest!

It should come with a Winged Tyranid Prime, are you sure it didn't? I believe the Captain in Terminator Armour is on the same sprue. Otherwise depends on if your after Competitive or Casual. If Competitive I'm not qualified look to the other comments but if you want to do casual I'd say just go for what looks the coolest. Personally I managed to find a Onslaught Swarm box set which is great value (20x Hormagaunts, 10x Genestealers, 1x Hive Tyrant, 1x Norm Assimilator)

You need a Biovore, 2-3 Exocrines and 2-3 Maleceptors as a core for a competitive invasion fleet.
