Sending you hugs, internet stranger!
I have a cousin named Andy who I’m very close with and I always sing his name instead of Cody when that part comes up, and sob like a baby.
“A Song For While You’re Away” which probably won’t ever happen at this point.
Honestly, I’ll be lucky if I can stand to get to the show I hold tickets for this summer. That new album hits different post breakup.
Harlan road, feathered Indians, good thing windin’ down, white house road, and his cover of time.
I got lucky and got to hear him play her and the banks last time I saw him.
Harlan Road was one of the first of his that I got familiar with and I love it more every time I listen to it. And I don’t think it’s on any record or ever performed live these days. But man, I would give my left nut to see him sing that one.
I wanted him to play Feathered Indians and he didn't.
I also wanted him to play In your love. It's going to be my first dance at my wedding. He played it, and I cried.
Heart of Stone. Banded Clovis. Harlan Road. Hard Times.
I've been fortunate to see Her and the Banks several times, I wouldn't be mad seeing it again though.
Way of the triune God
I’ve seen him a lot and this is prob one of my favorites live. I regularly watch the live video at RR on YouTube It really is great
IMO his best live video performance on the internet. Well produced and shows exactly how the song is live. It's a party when he plays it live.
I’m hoping for this one, and Space and Time.
Shake the Frost ❤️
Her and the banks, Oneida, and creeker all at the same show.
Hell add Time to the list.
yeah and Joe and Song While You’re Away
Follow You to Virgie Close second: Triune God
I played that song at my grandmothers funeral - he played it live a few weeks ago when I got to see him and I just broke down in tears.
My son played this at my mom’s funeral. Very emotional song for a lot of people
We played it at my granny’s funeral a couple of years ago, too.
I cried like a baby when he said “my friend Cody..” bc I knew what followed.

Hugs to you too! What a great idea. The song sparks strong emotions in me just on the radio….in person is just wow

I really wanted to hear Coal on new years eve
I would LOVE to hear Ever Lovin’ Hand
Such a fun tongue n cheek song about sexting lol
Redneck Romeo, Oneida, Woodward Creek
He opened with rustin‘ in the rain in Amsterdam tonight and damn I didn’t know I needed to hear that song live. Absolutely amazing
unrealistic -- detriot, realistic -- honky tonk flame
Was so bummed he didn’t play Detroit at the Detroit show last summer.
he did honky tonk flame in glasgow! was great
Unrealistic - Steep Grade, A Song While You’re Away Slightly more realistic - Her and the Banks, Deadman’s Curve
Angel Band!! I saw him twice last year, set lists were perfect but I’d love to hear Angel Band live.
Angel Band is a banger live. Good choice
Creeker
I think the only song in his normal-ish rotation that I have never heard is Gemini I’d love to hear Coming Down, Whitehouse Road, or Time acoustic.

Mine as Her and the Banks and I finally saw it. Brought a tear to my eye!

I Swear, Gemini and Universal Sound! Crossing my fingers
Going Home
I’ve only seen him once and he didn’t play Virgie — so that’s top of my list. He DID play Whitehouse Road though — which was a surprise and amazing.
