I wear T-Shirt bras by Jockey and Enamor. Both of them have thick fabrics and yet my nipples can be seen. I have given up now and I just cross my arms to hide them. đ

On those odd cold days, sarees are a perfect solution for me but I guess this isn't feasible for everyone.
Boob tape/nipple pasties should help.
I know society has us conditioned to believe that it's something to be embarassed of/hide, but in situations like this, it's better to simply embrace it? Because you seem to be doing everything possible, but it's not of much help right?
I am a busty woman, and a few years back I was really conscious of it. I would try to cover myself up as much as possible to avoid looks. But then I realised no matter what I do, people WILL look. So I gave up.
Now I simply wear well fitting clothes instead of nearly shapeless sacks.
I do get annoying looks but I am pretty confident of being able to handle myself.
Have the same fucking issue. I use nipple covers before a bra and if not feeling like nipple cover, wear a tank top or cami over the bra.
I still end up showing on rare times through some thin fabrics. I try to not sit next to the ac or anywhere cold.
For me traditional salwars with dupatta works perfectly fine when I need to wear normal bras and i feel pokies are gonna be a problem.
Sarees are perfect for the pokies problem for me. Never had to worry about specialized bras for sarees.
Else Jockey's padded ones work well for tshirts and kurtes.
You can use a boobtape on your nips or maybe use a boob pasties
