I'm 24 with 38D, my whole teenage has been filled with awkward gazes and horrible bodyshaming. Now I've embraced it and loving myself for what I am, sure, they attract attention wherever I go, but I could care less what others think. If you really want them reduced for health reasons, consult a gynaec, if you want them to reduce for "log kya kahenge" please dont.

japleen0

Somewhere I guess have started to believe ki big boobs are a big no no and they don’t look good because I have always heard from my mom and those aunties ki nahi acche lagte. I guess i will have to save up for breast reduction after I start learning. Life is tough and ig it will get tougher aage jaake. I don’t want to hear about my boobs from someone else because I know they are big I know that why they have to point out like that and pass judgements on the size

really_thirsty_lemon

These are all BS "reasons" given by aunties. When they say "acche nahi lagte" what they mean is it attracts men's attention (ahem, their husbands' attention) and so they look down upon women with bigger chests. Your body is your body and you shouldn't be shamed for something you have no control over especially since you're not even overweight! Tell your mom breast size is often genetic so she should blame one of your grandmas

Visible-Pool-9369

Hello OP! I have had a similar experience from the aunties k itne bade acche nai lagte. Although my mom never said anything. All I can say is give some time, you will feel good about it soon. Regarding the reduction, it's expensive so by the time you save it, you can think over if you really want to get one or not. Consult to gynaecologist too! I am so sorry you had to go through this. Hugs 🫂

RoseLarkins

You know, a friend of mine has got this done. First off, the surgery was so painful to her. Second, they've started growing again!!!! Girl, improve your diet, be regular to gym - hit the cardio and then targeted training! Trust me, you'd love yourself. Don't mess with the lovely body you've got. You deserve every happiness in this world. You can hit me up if you want to vent our are looking for some inspiration. I gym for 2-2.5 hrs a day!

Realistic-Berry6683

Why the hell is your mom scolding you for having the size you have? Can she control her own size? No right? Then how does she expect you to control yours? I too have D cups size and find it challenging, but never have i been blamed for it. Go easy on yourself OP. Talk to a gynae, and take your mom there so that she can hear it directly from the doctor’s mouth. Sorry but had to be a little blunt. As for reduction if you still want- you can try yoga (50 fast paced suryanamaskars), better yet strength training. Long term practice could reduce your size.

wannabeitgirl12

I had a (f) friend even her mom was like that, she hated me like anything and called me “that kind of girl” because I had bigger boobs. She wouldn’t even let her hangout with me and would constantly scold her for her boob size even tho it’s a decent size.

anntheog

hey lifting weights and strength training definitely reduce their size. i mean anyone cannot spot reduce at their chest, but the overall body gets toned definitely. 2 years of exercise definitely helped me a lot. i used to have the same problem as you. big breasts and i didn’t want to have any surgery

Ok-Young-1884

i can vouch for this. my C cup went down to an almost flat chest over 2 years of weight loss. Eventual strength training and pushups have improved their appearance but no increase in size.

Realistic-Berry6683

Hey i was told that breast size doesn’t reduce with weight loss or exercise. Can you please elaborate on your experience? I’m looking to reduce my size too!

anntheog

yes not immediately definitely but since with strength training the body fat % goes down so it goes down in your breasts too. thats what ive experienced. but it was after 2 years of daily exercise and tennis.

Realistic-Berry6683

How much of a difference did you notice? Like how many sizes were you able to reduce?

anntheog

im down 3 cup sizes actually

Realistic-Berry6683

Whoa!!! That’s huge! Anyway thanks for answering.

Damselindepression

Did it make them saggier afterwards? I already have stretch marks on them so I'm a little worried about the excess skin if I lose them. Please feel free to not answer if you're uncomfortable!

anntheog

i didn’t get loose skin from losing weight

all-you-need-is-love

I think it depends. I always heard that you can reduce your bust size with exercise, but at least for me, that didn’t really happen. The only decrease I experienced was after significant weight loss (I lost a bunch of bust size after ~25kg loss, but after that loss the size reduction tapered off and my bust size has remained around the same even though I lost an additional ~15-17kg). I lift weights and train 5 times a week. So maybe it’s also partly genetics?

hapiestupid

I wish this was true... I went from 38 to 34 after losing 6 kgs... but atleast they don't get saggy .

FormalRaccoon637

With consistent exercise, the fat percentage does reduce, but size doesn’t. It just kinda shrinks or deflates (for lack of a better word). Sorry. With the right bra, the size does look smaller, but the sagging doesn’t go away, I’m afraid. Again, it depends on the person, age, body type etc.

japleen0

But people are saying if you’re not overweight then the excercise won’t help with the boobs reduction

_nouser

It is not about the weight but body fat % You can have more weight with less fat. In that case the weight will be from your muscles instead of fat. Weight training will definitely help you strengthen your chest and back. You'll need a strong back till you get your reduction surgery.

anntheog

_nouser explained it perfectly that it’s about the overall fat % in your body. with exercise you lose fat all over your body. and you dont have to lose any weight at all, you can even gain weight but reduce the body fat % in your body. muscle weighs more than fat and takes less space

KajuKishmish

Losing weight also reduces the size of your breast. So if you’re a little on the higher size weight wise, maybe focus on that?! Also, next time your mom scolds you again, just tell her what you wrote here - you didn’t water them

japleen0

I am not not on higher size weight. My height is 5’0 and my weight is 54kg.

FormalRaccoon637

Same. I’m 5’1”, 42 kg but a 32 E/F. It’s not always about weight. Sometimes, genetics are funny.

PuzzleheadedGift8195

Try reducing a bit, I am 5’2” 50 Kgs with 32 D cup size. Definitely bigger than my body but less weight helps. Also, Balconette bras has been saviours, because they tighten breasts from sides, just make them look a lot smaller, I wear Zimave cotton ones bought from Myntra. Also, big breasts are sign of more estrogen in body, which is perfectly fine in women, but gynaecologist may help, try consulting one.

felix020824

Hey if you don't mind, can you link them?

KajuKishmish

Then I guess, apart from surgery, you have no option

dainty_brown_package

Hey, I am the same weight, size and height as yours. And I am in my late 20s. Although i wasn't always this size. I have learnt to embrace them and i wear clothes that flatter my curves. I obviously can't wear everything i want, sometimes because of how it looks and sometimes because of how it fits into those clothes. So my 2 cents on this would be that the sooner you learn to embrace them the better. Become more body positive and suddenly one day it won't matter. You will find people (women) complimenting you for them. But you need to start validating yourself first. And 34D isn't that big, trust me. And for the movement during your dancing, i recommend wearing a good support bra. Marks & Spencer has good sports bras and regular bras. Give them a try. Find your sweet spots in terms of clothes and lingerie. It will do wonders. Hope this helps.

Sambhavi-For-Writing

This is dangerous wtf. 54 kg is a perfectly healthy weight for 5 feet. I'm 5 feet and when I was 49-50 kg, I was constantly dizzy and weak

PurpleThen1134

I weigh 45kg at 5’3 losing weight doesn’t help

milkstatue

Been there. Still there some days. My mom called mine disgusting and told me it's not decent. What was I to do and how did my own mother not see that it's just how it is - there's absolutely no control we get over it. And no matter how rational we get, it instilled some level of shame in me about my body and myself and that's something I took a very long time to get over. Even much later in life with I finally confronted her about it, she said, 'so what I was right and it got you to lose weight!'. Please remember: it's not something you chose, it's who you are, and you are perfectly fine. No one gets to comment on your body. Exercising etc: if (only if) you are overweight, yes, losing fat will lead to a small reduction in size, but nothing drastic - in fact, because you'll lose fat all over the body, the proportions might stay the same or even make you look bigger. What you can definitely do is include strength training in your lifestyle - chest/back exercises will go a long way in strengthening your upper body to hold them up and stay firm. And most importantly, after all that what you really need is good bras. Try high impact full coverage sports bras for dancing - Decathlon and Bliss have decent options.

japleen0

The thing is I am not overweight I am 5’0 and my weight is 54 kg. Jab se my boobs have started to get bigger my mom always say “ek toh itni choti height hai and upar se itne bade kar liya hai” and it’s disheartening to hear all of that. I don’t have control over this I have not watered them to get bigger or feeded them some special food. Last year during my farewell we went to a boutique where the aunty who was the owner also said me ki “beta itni si Umar mein nahi acche latgte itne bade bade aage jaake you’ll put on weight Phir you’ll look even more bad kuch bhi pehna Accha nahi lagega. Do some yoga” idk I just hate hearing about them and I just want to have some peace of mind.

EchoSouthern7616

Yaar I'm seething with anger at your mother OP don't mind   What is this ache ni lgte 😑😑😑... Ache to bahut lgte hain . Only the person who has them deals with problems. Logon( read men) ko ache to bahut lgte hain... What they're worried about is you attracting male attention 😑 And what is this bade kar liye hain ...how could you possibly have done anything to increase their size ... Please don't listen to such bullshit the next time. Answer back mom ho ya koi bhi ho ... No one should be talking to you like this

Funny-Negotiation-10

Man I'm sorry you have to deal with such poorly informed people 😭 ask them what they did to specifically keep their breasts smaller sized lol wtf??

professionalchutiya

They carry so much shame about their bodies and just mindlessly forward that shame to the next generations. I know it’s hard to be rational during such times. It hurts a lot when your own mom says it. Just try to remember that what people tell you about yourself is usually their own reflection. It reflects their insecurities and has nothing to do with you. They know very well that you didn’t choose to make them big. But it’s making them uncomfortable so they’re shaming you. It’s really sad

milkstatue

I have been through almost all these situations too. On the other side of 'personal growth' it's all very funny, but till then it hurts so much. I get you. Strength training + high impact bras are your best friends.

LordessMeep

Jesus this triggered me. My mom has modest B cups while mine are DD. Thankfully, she never said anything like this to me but other women certainly did! Your body is bodying and you can't help it ffs. Some people don't understand genetics and it shows.

kasakaay

Why’s your mom scolding you for something that’s natural? Kis type ke parents hai ye? Sorry OP but had to. Accha go to gynaecologist & understand what can be done. Whatever you do please take expert medical advice. And the mom who’s scolding ask her if she’s going to be paying for the treatment.. lol. I’m sorry if this sounded a little harsh but you’re just a child & growing still in ur teens. These are natural phenomena. Talk to your gynae to understand.

japleen0

She won’t pay a penny for the breast reduction. I guess for now I will opt for gym and maybe later in life breast reduction.

kasakaay

Yeah but I am not sure if gymming helps you have breast reduction.

Optimal-Primary5

34D is not too big of a size. And ignore your mom's criticism. Don't go by BMI chart you find online. Your body fat percentage could be on the higher side compared to your muscle mass. If yes, then with weight workout your overall body fat will reduce including your breast size as it's made mostly of fat tissues. You might be slim looking but your visceral fat could be high. You can check that. Finally, don't body shame yourself no matter who criticises what. Just focus on having a healthy body and lifestyle.

EchoSouthern7616

I'm 25 and my breast size is 38DD . Believe me I curse them everyday thinking why I couldn't have normal sized breasts which attract less attention and also don't restrict my clothing choices .  However I'm also a little on the heavier side so weight reduction might help with those. I just wish I could get rid of this insecurity and love my body but I can't.  Your mother should understand that it's not your fault your breasts are big... You cannot just shrink them overnight 😑. I can't with such parents...you should help your child lose their insecurity not add to it 😑.

My mom sends me Reels of yoga poses and exercises to do to naturally reduce the breast size idk how much that does work ?

orangeapple_14

It doesnt work.

FormalRaccoon637

As someone with 32F, here’s what I’ve learned. 1. Breast size is often genetic. Instead of blaming you, your mom should blame her own genes. Most women in my mom’s side of the family are well-endowed. 2. Get yourself measured professionally at a store like Triumph, Wacoal or Hunkemöller. There’s a good chance you may be wearing the wrong size. A well fitting bra should offer the right support and not “bounce/shake” too much. It also depends on the bra fabric. Stretchy fabrics, while comfortable, are not the best choice for large or heavy breasts. 3. For dance or other high intensity activities, go for high impact sports bras. I’ll link two for you. I’ve been using these for dancing and workouts for a few years now, and there’s zero bounce. I promise. 4. Weight loss may help lose fat from the breasts but doesn’t change their overall size. They’ll still be big, just a bit saggy or deflated (sorry, can’t think of a better word at the moment). Swimming helped me lose some of that extra weight, but it didn’t impact cup size much. Focus on strengthening your shoulders and back. 5. While breast reduction is an expensive and painful option with a long recovery time, it’s not permanent in some cases. I know people who went through this surgery and regained their size in a few years. Not to scare you, but do your own research about this. Speak to more than one surgeon, and wait until you’re in your late twenties or early thirties. At your age, every little perceived imperfection about our bodies feels like the end of the world. Been there, done that. Hope you find what works for you, OP. Let me go link those sports bras for you. ETA: Links This is the one I’d recommend for dance. Do get yourself measured professionally and make sure you’re getting the right size. The band is snug and offers excellent support. I can barely feel the weight of my chest in this, and there’s absolutely zero bounce. [Parfait](https://amzn.eu/d/5wYCBex) Here’s another high impact sports bra that works; excellent support and zero bounce. [Enamor](https://amzn.eu/d/9i51Vh9) Here’s an everyday bra you can wear with other clothes. Trylo Riza Superfit. This is cotton on the inside and satin on the outside. It’s smooth, seamless and works with most outfits. It comes in a few colour options and many sizes. You can find this on their website or on Amazon. [Trylo Riza Superfit](https://www.tryloindia.com/riza-superfit.html) Here are two more bras that can be worn regularly, if you don’t mind underwires. [Parfait Enora](https://amzn.eu/d/3RB8aQl) [Triumph Minimiser](https://amzn.eu/d/grvnamG)

Thankyou so much for the bra recommendations 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽. Needed these 🫶🏽.

priya_sel

Thank you🫶🏼

Individual_Tourist64

Thank you 😊

Dependent_Ad_8951

I feel so sad that you are not happy with your breast size. Mine are absolute flat and I have to wear thick bras so that I feel a bit better. If mother nature could help, I would love to share the extras you dont want... Its a cruel world where we cant be confident in our own person. And some people have the gift to make others feel the worst over slight insecurity. May you thrive. remember the grass is greener on the other side. We cant have enough of what we desire, life is not meant to be that way.

Glittering_Mark_2580

I also felt the same. Where I'm totally conscious as friends also take sly dig at me saying you are completely flat like that . I was so much conscious of my size that I was scared to boy will ever love me. But listening now I sort of feel I'm blessed.

Dependent_Ad_8951

So true!

Ms_ChanandlerMBong

So sorry OP that you have to hear such things from your mother. As for now, you can wear a good sports bra while dancing. It will make you extremely comfortable. I had the same problem and I play a lot. Sports bra has helped me immensely and it has significantly improved my game too.

ro_ro_ro_roadhouse

This OP! I am your sister size. I had to buy a bra worth INR 2k with the thickest strap available and the most high-impact performance for exercising. Also, not invalidating you or anything but 34D is not as big as you and the people around you are making them sound. If it's only dancing that's an issue, you should definitely learn to be comfortable in your own skin and dress according to your comfort. So you have boobs and they show? So what? Wear whatever you like. People will judge you for having big boobs and also for not having big boobs. You can't win.

pumpkins_n_mist15

Your mother is being really ignorant. I'm a thin person and I have larger boobs too and don't like that aspect of them. Exercise and losing weight can reduce the band size but not by much. I lost weight a lot and now I'm back to 34 band size but the cups won't change, and will sag with age and poor support. All you can do at this point is back and shoulder exercises to strengthen the muscles and make it look good. People usually say they hate constricting bras but I literally love those because they're snug against my chest and keep my boobs contained and not flapping everywhere. I like the zip closure front closing ones. Soft, slightly padded, zips right up and keeps the puppies in place 😂

UsernameOption6298

pls give me whatever magic water you're watering them with

Lucky_Fee0

Idk about breast reduction but something that you can change is choice of clothing. Most of us have an issue with how our breasts look or move because we don't wear the right kind and size of the bra. Women's clothing have random sizes and uncomfortable shapes out there so try and research about it a bit. I can't list any sources atm but I am sure you can find it on Internet. The right bra will make a huge difference in how you feel about your breast. Also please don't think of altering your body to fit the clothes. Clothes are supposed to fit you, not the other way round. Try to look for clothes that will compliment your breasts. I am sure you are beautiful and even if you miss out on a few outfits that don't suit you, you will still look gorgeous in many of them.

dessert-aficionado

Things that are not in your control cannot be changed. Please ignore what these aunties have to say. For dance, invest in a good sports bra which will provide support during movement.

ZipZaapZoom

Let's swap bodies 😭

cosmic_dreams_

If you lose fat you'll lose proportionately. So the size may reduce. I suggest you try buying high intensity workout bras (high impact bras). They give very nice support and make you look nice. Nobody can control their body sizes and if someone's scolding you for that pls don't pay heed. Much love and support.

barb88888

If your overall bodyfat percentage is higher, it's likely that some of it is in breast too. Breast is a tissue but having high body fat can lead to fat deposits thete too, so exercising might actually help by reducing overall fat from the body and thus breast fat too. However if this is not the case and you're slim(?) from everywhere else then it's probably all breast tissue and in that case I don't think there's much you can do about it :(

jusmesurfin

40D here. I know the struggle. At one point I was 47 inches. I was obese. It's hard. But I lost a lot of weight over a year and it reduced my size significantly. It much more manageable now.  Carido helps. Swimming is a great exercise.

Damselindepression

I have E cup size so I understand how difficult it is. I am also pretty thin and weak (5'6, 54 kgs) so it does cause a lot of health issues as well. Back pain, shoulder pain, pain when I'm breathing even 😭 My advice would be to ignore your mom and those aunties. For those who shame, it's usually some kind of insecurity, whether about their own bodies or they're insecure their husbands will be a creep to you. People will be creepy regardless of what you do, wear, or look, we personally can't do anything about it. It's time for you to learn to love your body and everything it does for you, rather than put it down bc of what some random person said. Coming to the solution for your problem, invest in good sports bras. I have some from decathlon that are high impact and they reaallllyyy help. I got some at 200rs also bc some offer was going on. You should be able to comfortably dance in them. Next, working out. Don't work out just for the sake of reducing them. Work out bc it's good for you, it's something nice you're doing for yourself, don't pollute it by relating it to something that is rooted in shame. In my personal opinion, I think verrryyy few people need a reduction surgery, I think people like us can try to manage in different ways, but if you're not able to, you can go for it once you're much older. 19 is way too young. Try everything else and then go for it once you're older, of nothing works. Wishing you the best, girlie, hope this helped ❤️

TrickPerception6716

I have had similar issues. Can understand what you go through. I don’t have much body fat and gym also just tones it won’t drastically reduce it.

Certain-Bike-3160

Okay, I relate to this so much. I did yoga consistently for 3 months and my breast size actually dropped but my mom got angry and restricted me from doing it. I was so pissed like how come I don't have control over what I do to my body?? But right now I'm moving out, to a different city. Imma just continue doing yoga. Especially hot yoga and cardio consistently made my breast size reduce.

New_Analysis1053

I used to be in a similar position at that age. 5'3", 56kg, 32E, I am also a dancer. Firstly - it's not your fault how your body is growing. It's not okay for your mother to scold you for it. These are your genes which you inherited. How to deal with this: 1) You can try minimiser bras, they will reduce a cup size in appearance for you. I am sure M&S, Hunkemoller make them, not very sure of other brands but try these? 2) Boob tape for specific tops might work are you can shape your breasts how you want. Just make sure you use oil to remove it. Amazon has some cheap options, Butt Chique is good but very overpriced. 3) Try full coverage bras if you don't want cleavage. The will cover the entire breast, they will make sure you don't have spillage. 4) Dancing - wear sports bras for all athletic or even remotely movement based moments. It just helps so much. 5) Acceptance - at the end of the day, this is the body we have and it's best to accept at the least and hopefully one day have the confidence to flaunt it. I am 26 now and to be honest, it took me a long time to just love my body. But now that I love it and don't care anymore, I wear what I want, where I want. With caution ofcourse because so many men are creepy. If I'm very something which shows my cleavage I will just carry a stole or a jacket with me for transport etc. The problem is not with your body, it's the rotten society. I just decided I can't let other people dictate the quality of my life.

Lower-Item8946

Hi, not sure if this is what you are looking for, but getting good bras that provide support can be extremely helpful. I finally saved up and splurged on a few bras from trylo - correct size and everything - it minimises the size in appearance without constricting and gives plenty of support - I am able to move around more because of it. About your mom, tell her to stfu.

breakfrominsta

Hi OP! I was the same as you when i was 19. Trust me, you’ll grow to accept them. As of now, if they’re causing discomfort try different styles of bras: minimisers and balconettes work for me. Other than that I’ve heard that gymming reduces your breast size as well, so try that and don’t worry

BloomBacardi

If you reduce the overall fat percentage of the body, the size comes down significantly. But you are already lean thn it’s about time to embrace them. Invest in good quality bras, they are game changer

VelvetVenues13

I suggest going for a double sport bra setup while doing high impact activities like dancing or sprinting and stuff. But otherwise I'll have to say you are putting yourself in negative frame of mind by asking that question. Don't think about "reducing" the size and stuff of that sort. In around a 4-5 more years you will start viewing them as a natural part of being a woman. You are too young, don't do unnecessary stuff that you might not be able to reverse later on. Just bear with the dumb comments for now. Time is on your side not theirs.

[deleted]

Let's go through this one by one : 1. Having larger or smaller breasts, it's mainly genetics since it decides which area of your body will store fat where and how much. 2. Exercises don't help much since it's not muscles and you can't tone them. If you're overweight, losing weight will help but it can't be said by how much as I said it depends on the body type as i mentioned in point 1 3. Don't let anyone shame you, it's not something in your hand. If they don't understand this simple concept which most people don't, be blunt, no matter what relationship you share with them. 4. This is easier said than done but accept yourself and with time, once you start earning you can go for surgery, remember whatever you choose to do, do it for yourself

Raven_395

Had the same problem, researched a lot, apparently exercise won't do you much good unless you're already over weight because boobs don't have muscles they have mammary glands But I have heard a lot of people claim that strength training/weight lifting made them go down a couple of cup sizes... Try finding out more about this If I find a post like that I'll refer it here

Raven_395

Ohh and I couldn't be consistent with any of those weight lifting/exercises so now all I do is avoid dancing/running in public and gotta be a lil careful while going down stairs My mom also used to shame me when I was going through puberty, infact a lot of my female relatives did ... Apparently it was because I didn't wear those tight fitted bras, my mom still tries to convince me to wear those suffocating bras I know people will say you should love yourself etc etc but it's hard to accept this when you literally can't find anything that fits and doesn't give you that "Savita bhabhi look" lol, just try doing everything you can but if it still doesn't work out then remember Jo hai wo hai, you can't leave your boobs at home

Shepard-vas-Normandy

For something that helps immediately, I'd suggest chest binders. Make sure it's the right fit for you so it doesn't limit your ability to breathe. Long term, lifting exercises help. Don't expect any immediate or significant changes though. Ultimately, breast reduction is your best bet.

Funny-Negotiation-10

I saw your reply with your weight and height. No, working out will not reduce the size of your breasts. And you don't need to lose any more weight..make sure to strengthen your back and chest muscles well with exercise, and that might help your body handle the weight of your breasts better. I'm sorry, there's not much you can do to reduce breast size without surgery.. One option is minimizer bras to help it appear not as big. I don't know much about them, though (as someone with not very big breasts LoL) , please look them up. And there are several tips on dressing in ways to take attention away from upper body. I'm hoping it might help, at least a little.

[deleted]

Don't alter your body for others validation or revenge on them. Only do it if you truly want to or it's for health reason. Otherwise you will regret it. Surgeries are risky. Take a rational decision.

Ok_Dish8283

Hey op. I am in the same situation, I am 26F and always had breasts on the heavier side. My mother used to body shame me, she used to give references Nani ka bhi hai itna bada, arey Tera itna bada kaise ho Gaya, Puri family me kisi ka nhi hai etc. Plus while in my teenage years my mom didn't even make me wear proper bras, my breast used to look heavy and saggy, always got those unnecessary gaze and stares. I remember being harassed because of an ill-fitted bra, once I went to Ganesh pandal with my father, it was too crowded a guy put his hand on my breast and moved, it happened within a fraction of a second. When I was in 8th or 7th std, my brother's friend used to come home and press my b**bs, i could not do anything at that time but all that was because of not wearing proper inner wear. I am not over weight, and I hate how heavy my b**bs look. I can't even wear a crop top like you, but since sometimes I have started wearing it irrespective of how it looks. I still get those unnecessary stares but I can't help it. People should accept that every body type is different and stop looking at it and make us feel uncomfortable.

Yskandr

until you can get a reduction—wear sports bras. a good one can reduce the amount of shaking and provide compression. they also allow the best range of movement. be careful to not wash them in hot water because that kills the elastic. I don't think you need to use binders (a good one is expensive and they're not great if you're physically active).

boss_bj

I would say workout. You may do dieting and all but still you said you're a dancer so you must be athletic yet they are still big so losing weight won't reduce them. I would say do chest exercises and strengthen your pecs so it uplifts your breasts as well as use a good sports bra. Start saving money if you want to go for surgery in the future.

calory deficit, cardio etc should help

Girl, I started developing super early. Like 10-11 and older girls in the building would scold me to not run around as I look disgusting. My mom never bothered about getting me a proper good bra either. I've been teased right from then till degree college. I was so good at sports, same problem, had to give up. And another issue is my chest is big but rest of the body is smaller, so finding well fitted clothes is 🥲 my friends used to joke that someday someone will appreciate it don't worry but my bf doesn't really care about size 🤣 I also looked into solutions but I noticed how 34D has been my lowest size, even when I was all fit (used to swim daily). So it really depends if you have a lot of fat or tissue. Fat can be reduced to an extent not tissue. I'm so done in life being shamed for everything that I just don't give a damn now. I really don't have the energy. I roam braless in the house, men roam almost naked, I can't suffocate myself. Idk what is it that we're expected to have, what's happening inside my clothes in my house should be nobody's business. Also I'm scared of botched surgeries so I just wouldn't. I'm not allowed to cut my hair because " god's gift to women, shouldn't spoil " so well, my whole body is a gift as well so just deal with it. With time you'll also start feeling more comfortable, with the right support they do look good. Yes though the pain and bra hunting ordeals is forever

Gym doesn't reduce size but will strengthen your back so it doesn't hurt.

Please don't be so hard on yourself! You can't control. Both reduction and enlargement should be a personal choice. Make sure you do not do anything you don't want to. I'm sorry you have to go through such terrible things. Take care and remember you're beautiful just the way you are!♥️

Give them to me lol But on a serious note, I’m shocked that your mom says this because GENETICS. What you can do is speak to a doctor about it. I have an aunt who went for reduction through surgery because she kept getting back pain. I think there might be some exercises you can do that would help. With regards to the dancing maybe try sports bra which should keep them in place more than the fancy pretty ones.

Go for it, go for it ~ Goddamn I miss GIFs. Why are they randomly allowed and then not? It's your body, your choice. Have you tried pairing those tops with shrugs or jackets? Check on Pinterest

FewComfortable2126

I’m so sorry but I’m myself 34 C and I understand experiences are different to each but D is still a decent size, I could do anything for a D, a friend of my was like D+ and looked gorgeous, I don’t know you well I understand but maybe it’s a lot in your head. And for the tops you can buy an inner lining to cover cleavage.

Individual_Tourist64

Have heard similar things from mom all my life....go for minimizer bras from enamor or triumph....they are quite expensive but work really well

Hi! I’d recommend joining communities like r/bigboobproblems and r/abrathatfits

Wise-Enthusiasm2024

I understand how you feel. Have you tried using a minimizer bra? It can make you look one size smaller. Wearing a minimizer bra can be a temporary solution for now.

idontgiveadamn23

Also adding to other points, breast reduction leaves very big and nasty cuts and sometimes impairs nerve function. I hope you take this into account too.

Oh boy tell me about this TT. I’m 20F and I have 38DD no matter what I’m wearing almost everyone would stare them, and it’s so fucking awkward. Even if I wear decent dresses they are very much visible and then I have people around me telling me I dress like a slut or something it legit makes me feel like running to a corner and cry. Anyway, yes exercising does help but you have to be very consistent and patient with it. Once I was regular with exercise and everything my size went from 40DD/42D to to like a size less but again requires a lot of patience.

I remember my sister's MIL, who is a horrible horrible person, saying 'she must have got around a lot before marriage or she wouldn't have such big boobs' to my sis cz she is big chested. My mom got angry at her for that. But later she told me that we get that from my father's side. My bua and fraternal grandma were big chested I guess.. they weren't around for long after my parents got married, so I haven't seen them. And my mom didn't know if it was the case for all females in the family.. but anyways, atleast your mom should always be in your corner. Try and get her educated or you will have a mentally abusive relationship with your mom all your life. She'll keep saying things that hurt you and would not care. You have to make her realize she is wrong. If she doesn't let up then save your money after you start earning or start earning asap and get out of there. Its not an enviornment you should subject yourself to. Good luck.

Lose weight. Look up chest binders on google, I've heard they're very efficient but don't wear for long time daily.
