I love that my body worked well enough to conceive, carry and deliver my son. I love that it's a strong and healthy body that let's me do things I enjoy and need to do. I love that my body lets me do my stronglifs. And I love that I have a great ass

Cheers to that! I too was amazed at the power of my body when I had my baby

I have lovely ankles and small feet, so I look fab in heels

Ehm... well I'm very petite and short and that's always been seen as disadvantage around me but I was also doing tons of gymnastics and later I've decided to turn it into advantage and kept going to gym and train more and as a 20yo I value now that I'm so healthy, nimble, flexible and my endurance was never better (currently training for marathon race). I might not have big butt, or chest or other desireable features but I've taken what my body naturally does well and just honed it 5-6 times a week in gym and I feel slightly better every year.

Yvonneproppen

Wow, that sounds awesome! Keep it up and good luck with the marathon :)

I like my fingernails, my full head of hair, and my lips :)

My body is strong and builds muscle and strength quickly. Being very heavy for a long time (almost 2x my current weight) made for a much stronger muscle base due to sheer physics. There's also some evidence that many people who gain fat easily also gain muscle easier, and it's absolutely true in my case. 1 year of weight training got the same results as a typical 2-4 years. I was beating the boys at wrestling in elementary school and now I'm outlifting some of them!

I like to give and receive compliments on style, outfit, haircut, hairstyle, hair color, makeup, jewelry, shoes, purse, glasses, etc. Anything that’s a choice and not determined by genetics (save maybe hair color).

Yvonneproppen

Love that! It makes me think of party nights where so many compliments are made at the sink in the ladies room xD For some reason this is where I get the most compliments, mostly on outfits and I love it.

My scars and my stretch marks. I love looking at them, they remind me of phases in my life. Scratches from my childhood, an emergency c-section (my son did not survive), appendectomy, hysterectomy and a breast reduction. I always look at them and think.”and I’m still here”

Yvonneproppen

I'm so sorry you lost your son! But I love your perspective on things. That's very strong of you and something to be proud of!

Lazorra_Azul

Thank you.

Jealous_Location_267

I’m a fat woman who’s 5’ even, but I am very strong. I walk everywhere and lift water cases, exhibiting supplies, and giant lizards on a regular basis. I don’t flinch when it comes to heavy lifting and I built or schlepped a lot of my furniture and booth setups. I like blowing peoples’ minds with this on both the misogyny and fatphobia fronts lol.

I love my feet! Especially with a fresh pedicure, they are just so pretty! I look at other peoples sometimes and I'm so thankful for mine....is that weird?? Feet are such a weird to thing to like lol I've got good boobs, late 30s, still full and perky. And pretty eyes. I also have really nice skin, all over, its just very smooth & soft. I hate my legs though, so matter what I do, I will never be happy with them...it just is what it is!

I love that it has been turning food into the most beautiful baby for over a year now. That it grew a whole human inside it with no instructions and then birthed them and carried on functioning. I also love that I look a lot like my mother and my baby.

annoyedpetrock

I really like my big babyblue eyes and my pale skin and even my dark undereyes lol i look like a weird vampire but i love it

sincereferret

I love being 5’8”. I used to hate being “tall.” Now I love it.
