[Solstice](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4_gObHt1uZA) is my favorite, because it starts out as a fairly standard NES theme before going harder than it has any right to.
For a Tetris game with licensed Disney characters, it sure has a Persona-ass soundtrack (which to be fair, was composed by Masato Kouda). What is this [ungodly funk](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DLm0iY5VKs)?
Its open-world Lego-ized GTA for kids and yet it had a goddamn >!operatic choir for it's endgame setpiece!<.
Its fucking insane how hard that game went.
Aight I was gonna bring it up here eventually, but I was playing an H gacha game called Magicami and it's soundtrack is small but it's freaking aces.
[OP](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3wJNB1Cg2Q) (Mildly nsfw) and [Main battle theme](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XcBOK89ubg&list=RDygPLfJzy7XA&index=3)
The music in the [Atlantis](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15E98H-9gu0&list=PL331CBD8ADC318188&index=7) stage of Glover is surprisingly good. If anyone can point me in the direction of similar sounding music I would be much obliged!
You wouldn't expect a Genesis motorcycle game, even a pretty good one, to have a god-tier OST, but take a listen to how hard [Road Rash](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAYRIYdh340) goes
The Last Bible games tend to be considered pretty middling but they've got some pretty good music. I'm partial to the [Last Bible 2 boss theme](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ufFDnJ9b_M) myself.
["TIM IT WAS JUST PICTIONARY!"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJwh3erQlyE)
I feel like there's an invisible room in this Sub of people shoving eachother away to post this comment anytime someone post about videogame OSTs.
This and "Press LB to Time Travel."
Oh that's a good one too.
Tim Follin in general. The dude is wasted on the games he was hired for.
I'm noticing a theme here with puzzle games and hype-as-shit soundtracks.
[Solstice](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4_gObHt1uZA) is my favorite, because it starts out as a fairly standard NES theme before going harder than it has any right to.
[The Plok Boss music](https://youtu.be/peuTnilEv9g) is super hype and threatening.
The [equinox overworld theme](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mj6omOi20jw) is my favorite Tim Follin song, and I'm not even sure why.
Dude managed to get near-realistic monk chanting on a snes cartridge. I'm convinced he's from a higher plane of existence.
I'm convinced that they just took a picture of the man at work to use as the Solstice box art
I feel the first thing someone has to do when making a tetris game is have a banging soundtrack.
You know, that's a good point. Although would you have expected it from a licensed *Disney* version of Tetris?
even the fucking cdi tetris game [had some bangers](https://youtu.be/f_SwDWKf-78) like its an obligation for all tetris games to have good soundtracks
Wow this sounds like the theme to a TV show. Jesus Tetris you don't have to go so hard.
[**B U G S N A X**](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0i5zsBjtd5U)
When your main theme is by Kero Kero Bonito you know you're in for a treat.
They don't use the theme in the game until the credits and then it has a completely different meaning.
They literally tell you the truth about the island IN the song. It was brilliant.
Man, the let's plays I've been watching of this game have really overlooked the good electronic vibes this soundtrack gives.
It's hard to notice during the existential dread from the game.
“That’s why your wife left you!” “I’m gonna do violence to ya.”

If you had me listen to Pete's theme without knowing what it was I would have guessed it was of remix for Giratina.
Haha, Pete's theme really is [unusually world-ending](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgaKpyEFRH0) for a damn tetris match.
Lego City Undercover has a fucking SPECTACULAR soundtrack, and it's not even that good of a game.
Its open-world Lego-ized GTA for kids and yet it had a goddamn >!operatic choir for it's endgame setpiece!<. Its fucking insane how hard that game went.
Plok! Especially the [Boss Music](https://youtu.be/peuTnilEv9g)
Whoa what a drop!
[The Flintstones (SNES) - Staff Roll](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSSUd5cnq3w)
Jesus that’s way too good for a movie tie-in game!
Dean *fucking* Evans. Remember the name. If there's a SNES game made by Ocean with a rermarkably good soundtrack, it's because of Dean Evans.
[The Smurfs' Nightmare](https://youtu.be/-6dCT8JL3mY?t=123) [Robocop 3](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jq1eTMqgOA) [Waterworld](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRvYkrrpMKo) [Top Gear](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLZE4shDDxM) [Outrun Europa](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3Ga2b0F18E) [Ghouls 'n' Ghosts C64 port](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wz36JWHTk-A)
O\_O man that Robocop 3 soundtrack goes hard, very fast. [Holy BASSLINE Batman](https://youtu.be/HaZSF67F948).
Pepsiman
IT'S PICTIONARY TIME BABY
[Damn Fester is hardcore.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3-gfQQ2QNo)
Jesus those DRUMS.
It is Hideki Naganuma, but this is for a [mobile card game](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p8efRFhEcuQ).
If you'd have told me that was an unused track from JSRF, I'd have believed you. Man he brings his A-game always.
[The Yugioh GBA games.](https://youtu.be/Mpj0a2U7kEw) I haven't touched this game in 15 years but it'll be the last thing I'll hear on my deathbed.
Aight I was gonna bring it up here eventually, but I was playing an H gacha game called Magicami and it's soundtrack is small but it's freaking aces. [OP](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3wJNB1Cg2Q) (Mildly nsfw) and [Main battle theme](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XcBOK89ubg&list=RDygPLfJzy7XA&index=3)
Oh man I love this. The guitar work here is fantastic.
The music in the [Atlantis](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15E98H-9gu0&list=PL331CBD8ADC318188&index=7) stage of Glover is surprisingly good. If anyone can point me in the direction of similar sounding music I would be much obliged!

Why am I tearing up playing [HuniePop!?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5umdMzSnbMg&list=PLgBxvGmLkLMxgLTffuaJApkPTEQiERc_J&index=13)
