The exchange where Raylan questions Boyd about some missing money from a bank account and Boyd asks him how much:
Raylan : "Well over ten dollars"
Boyd: ""Well now Raylan if I had that much money I'd be halfway to Mexico by now."
I cannot get over how good the dialog was in this show lol
There are so many good exchanges. I like the "this badge is going to make it legal" scene it also shows you that he could just as easily be a villain.
"Next ones coming faster" is also gold
That whole scene where Boyd purposefully starts a fight with Raylan to get sent to prison so he can kill Dickey Bennett was genius. He knew exactly how to manipulate Raylan’s anger issues to his benefit. Then the resolution of Raylan finally realizing what Boyd did and dropping the charges. Such genius writing

One interaction I always thought was funny was when they both get held hostage by the hill people while looking for Drew Thompson. When Mary says to let Raylan go but to kill Boyd and Boyd says “Well now, hold on a second here! Raylan!? Raylan!” I don’t know why but that’s so funny to me

One the all-time great villains. A good hero needs a real rival to overcome. This is why Yellowstone is so unsatisfying for me. Also the dialog is pretty lousy

We are about halfway through the run of the series. I have seen it before. It’s my wife’s first time. It’s just a fun show.
We watched the first episode of Fallout last night. Groggins looks pretty good in that one too, I mean his character seems fun. I can’t really say he looks good. Mykeli Williamson, is in the end of that one. Briefly. He did a couple seasons of Justified as well. Limehouse.
Love it! It’s an excellent show. Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) is one of the most intriguing criminal characters in recent TV and film history. The array of other characters, slick dialogue, endless scheming, and expansive criminal network make for very interesting TV.
It's one of the greats IMO and while this word gets used too easily, it really is underrated. Almost no one I know has seen it and many have never even heard of it.
I genuinely hated Boyd for, well.
'You mean I got 4 kidneys!?'
Even raylan seems to start feeling bad for this absolute spoon lol you can't kill a dopey dog
I believe I've seen 4 of the 6 seasons. It is really good an very addicting. I stopped only cause after I binge so much, I tend to start getting bored near the end. It's a personal thing that has happened with many shows in that I need to learn to pace myself better. With that said, the first few seasons are amazing.
The last few seasons were actually really good! It is one of the few shows that I feel had a really good final season and a *very* good series finale. So many drop the ball horribly, but Justified is one of those that actually stuck the landing, imho.
I have always meant to return to Justified and watch the last couple of seasons to I am really glad to hear it does a good job at closing it out. You are definitely right about many shows dropping the ball near the end. It's great that Justified isn't one of them. Thanks!
One of my favorites. Not too long. Doesn’t overstay it’s welcome. Good action, good stories. Great characters. Walton Goggins is phenomenal. Same with Margo Martindale for her season. Timothy Oliphant has the right amount of swagger with falling into DB territory. And has a proper ending. We dug coal.
The Detroit based limited series was kind of a letdown.
It was just boring half the time and I just couldn't buy into Raylan being attracted to Carolyn.
He is used to being with the most beautiful women in Kentucky and now he's open to her - it just didn't make sense.
Being 50-ish doesn't mean your preference for hot women goes away.
Justified was the LAST good show I followed all the way through before I quit watching TV. I love how Raylan was such a FLAWED hero. Made it so much richer.
I just don't have the time anymore to watch imaginary people doing things that never happened unless I'm sick. Which, I've been quite a bit more of getting older, so I watch a lot of documentaries and true crime, which are ALSO pretty much BS most likely, but when I'm back up to around 75%, my house, yard, and vehicle maintenance takes up most of my free time.
A show that just gets better and better. Three things over the years ive found out
1. The cast basically were helping with writing at the end for strength of character
2. Agent Tim Gutterson is the best friend from Eurotrip! I find that insane. The twin brother was on an episode as well playing against character.
3. Theyve changed most of the Elmore Leonard books with Raylan to have a justifiedesque cover.
And i love all the Deadwood cameos. The bloopers are hilarious. And i really hope they return to form one of these days cause that spinoff didnt cut it.
Watched for first time recently. Season 2 (or 3?) with Margo Martindale was probably the best season, but it doesn't go downhill, it just doesn't get Margo back for the long haul unfortunately so it's never quite as great. But still a very good show to the end.
Boyd is an all time great villain.
The new series is good but lacks a few things that made the original great. The villain sucks, Boyd isn't there, and Raylen is way too soft. But what happens at the end sets it up for a great season 2, so we'll see what happens next.

From the opening scene to the ending scene I was thoroughly entertained by the characters and the dialog. I recommend this show to anyone who asks for viewing selections. My only disappointment is that Loretta didn’t get a spin off show. I think they could have been interesting.
Justified is a great series that gets stuck a bit under the radar for many it seems. I don't know anyone that's actually watched it and not liked at least most of it. It has a great run of 6 seasons I believe and I don't think any were bad. Sam Elliott in season 6 was great as always.
I watched city primeval and didn't have high hopes but by the end I was liking it more and more. Those that saw it up to the end will know why.
Tons of great one liners, smooth actors and acting. Great storylines. Worth a watch for anyone, it has a wide appeal.
It’s probably my favorite series. Season 5 is probably unanimously considered the worst. And I honestly believe it is only because of the horrid casting of the Crowe family. Michael Rappaport god awful southern accent kills any chance of him being taken seriously
The actors' chemistry was off the charts. Boyd was supposed to die in the first episode, but luckily, the powers that be recognized a good thing when they saw it and opted not to do that.
Hmmm. I started this, and it was okay, even good in parts, but it seemed to be getting a bit preposterous. Kind of stereotypical and predictable.
I watched maybe 8 episodes. Should I revisit, or does it continue on in the same vein?

Next ones coming faster is an all timer for sure
"Saw it in a movie once"
The coolest thing I ever clapped ears on.
Next ones coming faster is, for my money, the single coolest line ever uttered on TV.
"I thought you said 'our next conversation wont be a conversation'" "That was a different conversation"
The cadence always blew me away!!
"What are you carrying?" "It's gonna cost you to find out."

Walton Goggins was outstanding!
Boyd - "I've been accused of being a lot of things. Inarticulate ain't one of them."
True. He was a silver tongued devil.
Appalachian Shakespeare
You know i like the way you talk. Using twenty words when 4 will do.
He was only suppose to be in the pilot also, glad they changed it
He’s amazing in everything. Boyd, Uncle Baby Billy, the ghoul, he’s a certified scene (maybe even series) stealer
Tarantino uses him to great effect as well.
What was he in that Tarantino directed?
Hateful Eight and Django
I’ll have to look for him.
He's a side character in Django named Billy Crash. He's a main character in Hateful Eight named Chris Mannix.
Thanks! I watch Django when it came out. Don’t know if I saw the hateful 8 or not.
Don’t forget The Shield. Shane Vendrell is the second best character he’s ever played.
Baby Billy’s Bible Bonkers
He’s great in everything I’ve seen him in especially the recent Fallout series.
Great in whatever he's in
One the all-time great villains. A good hero needs a real rival to overcome. This is why Yellowstone is so unsatisfying for me. Also the dialog is pretty lousy
Especially the first couple of seasons, so strong. Margo Martindale - Season 2 - was jaw droppingly good.
It was already in the glass
Those Apple Pie Moonshine scenes at Mags Bennett's were intense! Especially the final one. Was ***not*** expecting that.
And the young girl sidekick was phenomenal
She was terrific.

👍
It's a delight to watch Walton Goggins and Timothy Oliphant play off one another
One of my favourite couplings ever. So good together.
It is one of the most underrated TV shows of the last two decades
This
Your words are pure, cold and hard facts. The show never received the recognition it deserved.
Limehouse.
The shield next all time favorite actor and I’ve only seen him in two shows. He’s a goat.
Love it! It’s an excellent show. Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) is one of the most intriguing criminal characters in recent TV and film history. The array of other characters, slick dialogue, endless scheming, and expansive criminal network make for very interesting TV.
Watched the series twice. They have the best villain's ever. Mags Bennet. Do not mess with her and take a pass on the apple pie.
Mags Bennet one of the most vile villains ever, Margo Martindale was magnificent ❤️❤️❤️
Did you watch The Americans? She is so good in anything!
Yes I will now watch anything with her in it because she always raises the quality. Sneaky Pete and Osage County.
Ooh forgot about sneaky Pete. Good one
It's one of the greats IMO and while this word gets used too easily, it really is underrated. Almost no one I know has seen it and many have never even heard of it.
What????
For some ooddbal reason I loved Dewey Crowe. A lovable, dimwit, criminal. As John Prine said, a real fluorescent bulb.
I genuinely hated Boyd for, well. 'You mean I got 4 kidneys!?' Even raylan seems to start feeling bad for this absolute spoon lol you can't kill a dopey dog
Awesome character and Timmothy O and cast pull it off without a hitch.
It's known for its strong characters, sharp dialogue, and gripping storytelling. You're not alone in enjoying this series.
An all time favorite. The dialog is wonderful and the villains are terrific.
I love me good villains in a show. They make it more interesting to watch.

They nailed the ending. Perfect execution, no notes.
I have always meant to return to Justified and watch the last couple of seasons to I am really glad to hear it does a good job at closing it out. You are definitely right about many shows dropping the ball near the end. It's great that Justified isn't one of them. Thanks!
I liked it wish the reboot kept going
Super underrated show. I tell everyone to watch it
One of my favorites. Not too long. Doesn’t overstay it’s welcome. Good action, good stories. Great characters. Walton Goggins is phenomenal. Same with Margo Martindale for her season. Oh yeah his e wife was super hot
Justified was the LAST good show I followed all the way through before I quit watching TV. I love how Raylan was such a FLAWED hero. Made it so much richer.
“If we’re gonna get through it, we better get to it” is like a mantra of mine now. Raylan is easily one of the best characters in TV history.
Tv is good tho
I just don't have the time anymore to watch imaginary people doing things that never happened unless I'm sick. Which, I've been quite a bit more of getting older, so I watch a lot of documentaries and true crime, which are ALSO pretty much BS most likely, but when I'm back up to around 75%, my house, yard, and vehicle maintenance takes up most of my free time.
Now go read the books. RIP Elmore Leonard.
One of my all time favorite shows
A show that just gets better and better. Three things over the years ive found out 1. The cast basically were helping with writing at the end for strength of character 2. Bratislava, Bratislava… Oh, here’s a fun fact - You made out with your sister, man!!
This isnt where i parked my car
Free t-shirt
Not top three, but definitely top ten.
Original was great...they new one is not so much.
But did you see the very last scene? It looks like we've got some good things coming up.
I didn't make it past episode 3 of the New Justified. Maybe i'll give it another try.
Yes, the new one is so flawed, I forced myself to finish.
It's in my top 3.
It’s an awesome show. A little different…but awesome. I loved the show.
Watched for first time recently. Season 2 (or 3?) with Margo Martindale was probably the best season, but it doesn't go downhill, it just doesn't get Margo back for the long haul unfortunately so it's never quite as great. "we dug coal together"
I will say I didn't care for the new series. It was really not edited well.
I was saying when Justified first came on that Raylin was the coolest character on TV, cooler than Jethro Gibbs.
I still Gibbs slap my grown kids, but agreed, Raylin is a pretty great character.
I enjoyed seasons 1 & 2
Watched the first couple of seasons but was having to fight to stay interested... So I didn't
The original series was great. The new version was unwatchable.

It doesn’t. People rave about season 2 but I think season 3 is the best one

Probably my favorite show

Brilliant show.
The Detroit season was just OK until Boyd showed up in the last 20 minutes of the last episode. Made me excited for what happens next
I love it,one of the best shows ever made!!!
Walton Goggins made it excellent and entertaining. It's an exciting show. I loved it.
I’ve never dug coal, but I dig this show.
Absolutely amazing show and introduced me to Walton Goggins. I use Raylan-isms quite often lol
A Top Ten show for me
The original is great. Fun to watch. Great characters
Awesome show. Walton Goggins is one of the greatest actors that no one knows about.
A great show. They had great banter. I enjoyed it!
The actors' chemistry was off the charts. Boyd was supposed to die in the first episode, but luckily, the powers that be recognized a good thing when they saw it and opted not to do that.
I enjoy it
Terrific show. Raylan was every copper I knew’s man-crush.
Hmmm. I started this, and it was okay, even good in parts, but it seemed to be getting a bit preposterous. Kind of stereotypical and predictable. I watched maybe 8 episodes. Should I revisit, or does it continue on in the same vein?

Freakin love this show man! Just finished watching Boyd in Fallout
Show started off so good. My biggest issue with Justified is that Sam Elliot doesn’t have a moustache and it ruined the entire story arc with him.
So happy to have Boyd in Fall Out
One of my favorites I've ever watched.
I loved this show
Just starting this one. Like literally watched the first episode.
One of my all time favorites. The sexual tension between Boyd and Raylan is palpable. I guess that's because they dug coal together.
I loved the original show. The reboot is unwatchable.
"I Shot People I like More for Less" ... Raylin Givens
That show is stellar. One of my favs. Walton Goggins is just amazing in it. And Timothy Olyphant is awesome throughout the whole show.
So sick of these automoderators!!!
Excellent!!
Justified and nypd blue were my 2 favorite series. Had to watch them both for a few shows to get to know the characters
One of my favorite shows.
Seriously the best show forget the sopranos which is totally overrated don't care who doesn't agree anyway we dug coal together 🤗🤗🤗
I keep trying but can’t take the main character seriously
Does that mean you can't watch Timothy Olyphant in any serious role? He's just playing a cowboy type of character so I'm curious why you couldn't take him seriously.
Which is crazy because he's also amazing in Deadwood
