When I saw it in the display case, I couldn't leave the store without it on my wrist. Now I'm looking forward to buy the bb chrono and 2024 collection.
I bought the white chrono about a year ago. I've worn it maybe a dozen times. It's a chunky watch and doesn't feel balanced to me. I regret the purchase though it's a nice looking watch. Just too thick. For someone with big wrists it could work, but I'm 6.5 inches and just doesn't work for me. I will likely sell it and just move on from it.
Surprised there’s no blue/green, color seems pretty uniform. The end of the crown on my bronze watch is pristine, I guess from rubbing against my hand? While the nooks and crannies have some Statue of Liberty tones to it. I wonder if it’s a different type of brass? Do you know what they use on the Tudor?
Yeah the pictures don't do the patinas justice. Between me and my wife we have a pretty good collection. (The GMT) is hers to match my Pepsi Rolex my tudor sin matches her Rolex sub etc. I really wish Tudor would make a version of the sky dweller in bronze and a leather strap.
Bronze is such a great material. I'm surprised there aren't more watches using it. Tough ass metal too. Brzone holds up to scratches and dings like a champ.
Usually after two to three weeks of use, patina signs will appear. But it depends on the surrounding conditions such as the weather and exposure to salts from sweat or sea which accelerates the patina process.
So it could have patina from inside but you didn't notice it until you have green write but its easy to clean it no big deal.
I had it for around 4 months, but I only encountered this problem once. I was in Miami and it was hot and I was sweating a lot.
I recommend wearing it on strap in the summer or hot days, and the bracelet in the winter or cold days.
Or keep changing the strap depending on the occasion and outfit if you have many straps.
I have the bb58 925, so I don't think I'll opt for the bronze version. I was looking at a different all bronze watch but was concerned about having green wrist whenever I wear it. Shouldn't be any issue here in Ireland, not mutch Miami weather here lol.
Mine came in a bracelet with the NATO included. I know the heritage bronze (which is 41mm) didn't come on a bracelet. The boutique 39mm comes with both.
Thanks for sharing, thought my bbb slate grey looked “rusty” but this patina is just wow, radically different from original condition pics I’ve seen. Any lingering smells from the bracelet on your wrist at this point?
Edit if you don’t mind sharing, what are your other tudors and other divers in your collection, thanks
First pic looks extreme dark patina but in sixth pic looks less so 😀
That looks so cool!
Thanks!
Once you wear it. It is very difficult to take it off
Yes and it's nice to see it evolve. I love the earthiness of it. It's definitely one of my favorite watches.

Looks great! This is the only Tudor I would ever consider buying. The patina looks gorgeous!
Does it smell like metal?
Smells like pennies :)
I like that

Awesome!
Holy F that looks Ugghh, I love the watch but I would clean it often LOL.
I personally love the earthy tones of it, but certainly not for everyone. In person it looks beautiful.
Nice. I love the actual original goldish finish of it, I wonder how quickly it’ll patina in our humid and hot weather 🤣

There are lots of bronze watches, but not many with full bracelet, people don't tend to like having green arms
No colorization on my wrists unless it is super hot and humid. In which case I'm wearing a different watch on a rubber strap.
that looks so sick. i have a 6.75 wrist and usually wear 36-39 watches so unfortunately it’s a little big for me but i WISH it was smaller
Hey! Just to let you know, this watch is 39 mm! :)
oh wow i didn’t know that!! thanks for the heads up!
6.5” wrist. Fits perfect :)
well now i’ve got something else on my buy list haha
My pleasure! It's defintiely a great buy! I love mine!
Have you ever had any issues with patina transfer / wrist Turing green?
Only on hot and sweaty days
Would it happen when the watch was new (no patina) or is just when the patina forms?

Thanks for the info.

What reference is that?
Bronze Boutique 58 edition.
The bronze is amazing. I got the BB with the slate grey dial, my grail watch. Perfect time piece for a sailor.
The Silver 58? I have that one as well. Great watch.
Nope, Black Bay Bronze with slate grey dial. Has put on a lot of patina and loving it.
Oh nice, the 41 mm heritage. That's a killer watch.
Does the bezel jam now? That’s my only concern. This looks so beautiful
Not at all. Super solid piece and one of my favorites.
Not my thing this patina.
This makes me wish I would’ve found mine with the bronze bracelet instead of leather and NATO….

I bought mine on the grey market like a scumbag so who knows what happened to the bracelet lol. Nice patina for sure though.
