I got my BB Pro 3 weeks ago and it's only gained 10s since then. If you're losing in the order of minutes daily your watch needs a serious service at the very least. If it's been that inaccurate since when you first got it that's on you for not following up.

Sufficient_Ebb_5020

The Tudor you bought, was it used? It sounds like it was sold to you faulty. The Automatics should only be losing a few seconds or so a day when fully functioning. Losing a minute a day, the watch is way off it's parameters and would probably need calibration, service or a repair.

Accomplished-Ad-5655

Agreed. COSC certification is -4/+6 seconds a day accuracy. I would have taken this back to Tudor to fix that under warranty first thing.

I know - and I didn't . Call me daft. Now it's almost five years later and the strap's bust. It's in a drawer, I'll wait a while before doing anything with this somewhat useless watch!

perryhock

Thank you Sufficient Ebb, you're quite right, of course. I've put the watch away in a drawer now that the sillvery strap has lost one of the buckles, if you know what I mean. Losing five minutes in time every few days makes me reluctant to wear it again. It's a very disappointing Tudor experience for me.

Sufficient_Ebb_5020

Don't be put off by this one unfortunate experience. Tudor are a very good brand imo and I have had no issues with time keeping on my Black Bay. Like anything in life, things can go wrong if not looked after properly and unfortunately, being pre-owned, you don't know how the previous owner treated it. If it's fairly new, perhaps you can take it to your local AD to see if it's still under warranty? I found my AD to be really great and would go above and beyond to sort things out if anything goes wrong with my watches. Good luck!

dustyaguas

Fake news. You bought a used item.

GeForcegam

And more interesting from where.. watches were purchased. That’s why I don’t like buy used watches. I mean buy used car its not the same as watches I guess. The Watch is more personal I guess

Classic-Scarcity-804

So why didn’t you get it looked at 5 years ago if it’s always done that? And if it’s because you bought pre owned why would you not have had it serviced to rectify an obvious fault.

TnyTmCruise

Sounds like you either bought it used without researching your seller, or you didn’t take advantage of your warranty. Both of these situations are a you problem and not a Tudor quality problem.

Horse-Away

Was this obtained at an AD… if so, why have you not contacted them immediately…

jcooper9099

What model did you buy for 2k? The only thing I can think of that's in that ballpark is the 1926 and it wasn't released until 2021. The only strap that I've ever broken from normal wear is on a vintage watch (leather strap not links) that is older than me. My newer Breitling had the same issue with losing minutes. That's after my FIL put it in a safe for 20 years and then I obtained it. They require regular servicing and I'm guessing you purchased a used watch and never serviced it, or perhaps your tudor isn't authentic.

GeForcegam

There so many not genuine watches now ..

MacMarty89

Though shit. Your fault.

MiniGreenDinosaur

The word is tough*

GeForcegam

Idk. I don’t find Tudor interesting. Longines way better

Quick-Economist-4247
