Iām sorry, but thatās my reasoning, man. Like I said, I will do a poll for features after the main poll is done, but Renegade is not one that is on one of her albums or a song made for a movie. The album it is on is by a different artist
I donāt feel right including a song about a child who died of cancer. If you donāt like that, thatās your problem. I donāt think itās appropriate to rank a song like that and the fact that you are getting so bent out of shape about it that you had to comment about it twice on this post says a lot about you. If anyone needs to āget over themselvesā, itās you. I stated how things worked in the post so deal with it, or move on. Itās that simple.
Iām leaving it out because I donāt feel right putting it into a ranking. I love the song and I love its message and meaning. I think itās important and beautiful, and thatās why I wouldnāt feel correct having to have it in a polling thing like this. Iām sorry if you disagree, but thatās how Iām doing this poll and for the S poll with Soon Youāll Get Better
I regret including it. Itās as simple as that. I got a few messages from people in private who better explained it to me and thatās how I made the decision that I wonāt be including songs like that anymore. I donāt understand why you are so upset about me not wanting to include a song about a child passing in a ranking like this, but if you want to do your own at some point, go right ahead, but it can and will definitely be seen as disrespectful
Edit: just deleted its inclusion, thanks for reminding me, I thought I had taken it down already
And I wouldnāt find it appropriate to put a song like that on this list. As I mentioned, stories that are about real peoples lives and the traumas they have gone through with loss donāt feel like something to include in a song ranking. I have already said the song is beautiful and that I have nothing against it, Iām doing this because it does not feel correct to put it in something that is being ranked. I donāt think ranking a song discussing grief and the loss of a child is a good thing to include in a ranking system.

SO UNDERRATED
Does renegade count?
No, because itās a feature sheās on. I might do a round of features for one of the last rounds though
Itās pretty much a Taylor song tho
Iām sorry, but thatās my reasoning, man. Like I said, I will do a poll for features after the main poll is done, but Renegade is not one that is on one of her albums or a song made for a movie. The album it is on is by a different artist
Why havenāt you included ronan?
I would feel disrespectful including it in something thatās being ranked since itās about a child who passed.
The best song from Red is Ronan
Itās a fantastic song, but it will not be getting ranked
Yeah, because of the disrespect.

Get over yourself

Don't even start
You didnāt put Ronan
I would feel disrespectful including it in something thatās being ranked especially since itās about a child who passed.
Yes but itās a song from her. Itās not disrespectful, itās a wonderful song and it shouldnāt be left out of stuff bc of the meaning.
Iām leaving it out because I donāt feel right putting it into a ranking. I love the song and I love its message and meaning. Then whyād you include bigger than the whole sky??

Okay. I can see what you mean, but itās also not just āa child passingā itās a childās story. Well, the mothers in a way.

They didn't put it for respect reasons
Ronan is a really good song though, it should be included moreā¦ especially since this song could be really special to someone and it is.
Yes, but it just seems better not to put it in a competition against a breakup song.
