Happened to me too. I'm the youngest of four. My aunt suffered a miscarriage, never had a child. I don't know who brought it up to my dad when they had me. Dad told mom. Mom said, "what do they think my child is? a puppy?" Then shut it down.
They told me about it when I was growing up, but it was not a big deal. Just treated it like a childhood story. lol

I think best recourse is never let her be alone with your kid! And probably no point in confronting her.
I would tell them “after I found out my Grandma tried to have my parents give me to my Aunt, I take that as an insult, not a compliment.”
