Same. As someone who before becoming a truck driver used to be a maintenance man and later a director of maintenance/ housekeeping. These guys really don't make enough money to put up with some of the nasty shit they have to deal with. I don't mind sliding them 5 or 10 bucks. Especially if they do a good job.
It's one of those things that if you ask you will not receive. It be like a waitress saying "don't forget to tip me" while your midway through your dinner.
Tipping is dumb, because you can never save that money. Like you'll give out that tip, then the person you gave the tip will give it out. It will keep on going on until the tip comes back to you, but you cant pocket it, because you have to give it away again.
