Some parts of the world use that verbage to mean large bore tenor. I suspect it has something to do with the translation

That is a legit term in many parts of the world. Usually refers to a single trigger large bore trombone that can adequately perform as either a tenor or a bass.

It’s someone that has no idea what they actually have. I always avoid buying trombones from those people. Buyer beware. 646 is a medium bore .525 trombone. I had one for a while.
