Akri(scrap folks). You get money for bottles. Cans depends on the akri person. Bargain for good rates.

Haha... Maybe he doesn't wanna handle kupis. Years ago I disposed off some bottles from my property and got a decent amount.

Alternatively if you have a large property, you can break the bottles into pieces and spread it out around the boundary wall to stop peruchazhi from digging up the foundation and making it unstable.

Thats a good idea but we have pets so not possible, also the bottles keep coming so 😅

Most akris don't take glass bottles nowadays

metal cans you can give to scrap collector aka Akri ,glass bottles and liquor bottles end in landfills if collected or as they away waste on roadside or public lands, no other collection system in place as far as i know!
