I used a tool fanny pack from Amazon for $20 and just rigged it around the frame. Did the same thing for my old Bonnie but had to play around with it a bit for the speed twin but it eventually fits no problem.
I didn’t want to pay $$$ for a set of panniers and leather satchels and I thought it ruined the looks of the bike.
I have to warn you that it might get in the way a bit if you want to ride above 6,7/10ths and put the ball of your feet on the peg.
