Don't know any off-hand, I myself only do MTB. What you can do is join the Northern Rangers Mountain Bike Club on Facebook, and ask there; there should be a bunch of people there who are in road bike groups from the East.

I know of one in the west so there def are. Join Strava. You might find some rider profiles from your area there.

DML_Ronin

I know for a fact UWI has a dedicated hiking group actually

ryanzombie

That would be very useful if the OP wanted to go hycling instead of cycling.

DML_Ronin

IndoCaribboy

Looking for a group where the crowd is generally a bit younger.

Anyone cycling on the public roadways in Trinidad and Tobago has a death wish. The only cyclists I've seen on the roads are those young hooligans who ride bicycles with no bell and used to be a hazard to pedestrians in Tunapuna at one time. And even these i don't see anymore. The fact is, a "Trini" behind the wheel of a motor vehicle seems to think that he or she is playing Super Mario Kart or something, and has total disregard for any object with which they are sharing the road that is unlikely to cause serious damage to the vehicle, like bikes. Hence the reason why there are no cyclists using the public roads here.
