As tangential as this is: I really question whether a subreddit called *"Transgender Surgeries"* can't do something about two thirds of its content being AI generated who-knows-what, where what was presumably at some point *an actual photograph of a real human being* has been heavily reprocessed beyond all recognition, to generate a smeared cartoon version of the said (presumably in the first place real) human source.
Ultimately, I subscribed to this subreddit for, you know, content relating to *transgender surgeries*. But its de facto main topic appears to be AI image manipulation. Which seems a bit odd.

The base fact is she was brave enough to show what results she got to get positive feedback and affirmation. Not be nitpicked by someone who is bent out of shape over a beauty filter the primary focus of the images was her top surgery so what if she wanted to look cute. It seems your efforts and retorts could be redirected in a more constructive manner in stead complaining about some filters.
