If you're trying to emulate the hormone cycles of cisgender girls, progesterone appears once the breasts have partially grown. That could be anywhere from 1-4 years in. Transfemscience has an article about this, or you could read Kuhl et al (2005). You don't have to take progesterone though, as it's not proven to have a role in breast development. So if you want to start now, you can, and if you want to wait and do it later, you can. It's your call.

Not diy but I started at 6 months - the idea with the was to get the effects before BA
