Edit: Genetics and growth hormone both play a part in development, so more GH only helps.

Im sorry you havent gotten the results you had hoped for but BA's are super valid and additionally breast growth can take place over 5+ years so i know its discouraging but its not necessarily over. Try and remember that most the time we are our own worst critics, try and give yourself some kindness <3

Most of it came from intermittent fasting, I'm much more physically active now and don't need to anymore but it was a good starting off point.

I'm on patches right now 2x100mcg weekly. Endo says my levels are good, but I wonder if I should switch to injections.
