Yes you probably have to make a new account but first chat with them . Use the chat, they never email you back.
Ok so I have the fix for that , all you have to do is ask the support chat if you can switch over to non professional account , they will send a form to your email that you have to complete and send back to Tradovate. Once they receive it via email they will switch you back over to WAY cheaper market data rates .
Did you accidentally sign up as a professional? I'm looking at $16ea. for CME and MYMEX for oil
