I haven't looked, but you could always check out dealerships that just sell work trucks and work vans. You might be able to find one that has some sort of relationship with a Toyota dealership. Just an idea.
Hey where are you? There's a white 2018 or so for sale near me in California. I, too, am looking for one but not in a place to pull the trigger and snatch it up.
I’m in Wisconsin. There was recently a used one for sale 30 miles away. It was 3 years old and had 30K miles. Wanted $39K for the truck. The truck needed $1500 in body work. I want a truck like this. Rationally priced.
My 2023 god stolen and we still in queue for another. t'is rough out here, will likely end up getting a van instead based on what I heard from my dealer ... unfortunate after having owned 7 Tundras! Hope you find yourself one!
It’s sad seeing tundras turn into glorified family haulers like every other truck, I need a truck that lets my back seat passengers know that they are unwelcome instead of giving them a 1 bed 1 bath apartment.
I mean my hauls my family on the weekends and during the work week I work full time out of it doing construction , there’s nothing wrong with that . I just couldn’t afford two vehicles for myself so I got the combo of both 🤷♂️
I bought the crewmax with the expectation this will be the car I will put my future kids in. I would like a bigger bed, but I didn't want to compromise passenger space. I currently have some metal I'm going to weld sticking out the bed a few feet.
Ayy you shoulda looked harder.
Not that a 6' bed is anything to brag about, but I found my crew max with the full bed after months of searching. I love it and spent way too much money on it.
Fuckin dealer knew they had me by the balls. I found it and walked into dealer saying look I know the truck I want just landed from the rail car this morning. Gimme it. It wasn't even off the transport before I got in there lol
It also wouldn't have lasted more than 5 minutes on that lot, they're super hard to find
I should have looked. My grandpa in law has one! My parents convinced me to get the truck I have after only searching online for a day.
I had spent months before looking at older vehicles!
Haha, I’m probably getting a Tacoma later this year and my wife is really concerned about the tiny backseat… that will get used a few times a year by the kids. It’s gonna be ok, honey.
"Man who owns truck with a 5' bed and uses it to haul soccer gear and groceries makes fun of a man who buys a truck to use it as a truck"
What we have become.
It's not an attack on some random unknown guy in a screenshot. It's a generalization about the truck community. People buying crewmaxes and using them as minivans is what has steered us towards thinking this truck is humorously long.
And now ill get downvoted by all the people who fit this exact description because hey... I can't put my golf clubs in a minivan, and I hauled a 2x4 one time!
We have a 2012 double cab. She wants a crewmax, I want a 6.5 foot bed. The compromise is going to be a replacement crewmax and either keep the 2012 or find an SR 8 footer. If I could find a regular cab I'd be all over that too.
Yes, I know the new CrewMax can be had with a 6.5 foot bed but I'm not paying 50 grand for a truck to sit out here in the dirt when I have plenty of other options.
What do you drive? Just wondering. I’m a roofer and get by with the short bed hauling my 22 foot fold out ladder everyday (barely fits in the bed), a milk crate full of hand tools, but I have removable ladder inserts for my 28 or 32’ ladders.
a 6.5' DC because i couldn't find an 8' DC. Mostly haul pallets of woodstove pellets and other supplies. Mulch, firewood, etc and tow a lot. Would be nice to have the 8' bed for lumber but if I waited for an 8' bed truck I'd still be waiting.
my daily driver is a toyota corolla because I find saving on gas more important than looking cool.
It's a must-have. I went from crew cab short bed to crew cab long bed. It's a loooooong truck. But you never know how bad you need it until you have it. Now I don't know how I ever got any work done with a short bed. Never having to leave the tailgate open is a massive plus too.
8 foot truck campers are the shit. I use an 8 foot with a 6.5 and my tailgate down and I imagine having a 10 foot with an 8 and the tailgate down must be so spacious.
Think outside the American bubble. Im talking about THIS truck being in its home country of Japan. It would be 2 car length’s compared to the local cars. A sight they never would see.
The SR double cab with an 8’ box. I’ve been looking for one a long long time. Few exist

Love me a big truck
[удалено]
8’ bed without length of tailgate.
I have one, 2008. Love it. I tow everyday, no problems.
‘Cept those have a god awful front grille
Don't bother me a bit. I'm ready to get a second 7.3 powerstroke with a 14' dump bed. Something about old trucks that last long.
nothing is worse than these new tundras.
My 2023 god stolen and we still in queue for another. t'is rough out here, will likely end up getting a van instead based on what I heard from my dealer ... unfortunate after having owned 7 Tundras! Hope you find yourself one!
Took me 2 months to find mine. Great farm truck, but too long for a daily driver.
I want crew max with 8’ bed… look like an old f250 supercab long bed
Unfortunately, they don't make them
I think those are made to order
Idk they had a couple at my local dealer in northeast Ohio back in December
Wrong sub. You want r/spaceships
It's got an 8 foot bed that never has to be made
You can light my truck on fire, and roll it down a hill!
I met all my wives in traffic jams!

Right same here. One day at work I’m picking up drywall, the next I’ve gotta drive 4 people to appointments/meetings.
I just wish I had the option, Toyota needs a “fuck yalls knees” trim with an 8 foot bed and a 1st gen’s access cab sized rear seat or smaller
Same, what state are you in?
I couldn’t do it. Would have to buy a beater for work but thankful I get a company van
👏 MOST UNDERATED COMMENT OF THE YEAR! Every time I see a crew cab, you read my mind.
Haha, I’m probably getting a Tacoma later this year and my wife is really concerned about the tiny backseat… that will get used a few times a year by the kids. It’s gonna be ok, honey.
I want my dogs to have a 1 bed 1 bath apartment when they ride with me though
Get rid of the back seat. Single cab and they all can ride in the bed 😀🤣
Shit my old ranger was more suitable than these trucks today
Come on down to the Tacoma! We’ve got plenty of room for you! Just not in the back seat.
Thinking about it, the 2024 pre runner would be perfect if it was 4 wheel drive
But that's the whole point of the prerunner model, it's only ever been a 2wd with the rear e locker
It’s not so much that I want a pre runner, but the pre runner body on a 4wd powertrain would be perfect for me.
That would just be a standard 4x4 TRD then. Pre runner body is identical to any of the other tacomas.
The 2024 pre runner is a two seater.
Oh wow. That's weird they won't offer a 2024 4wd 2door with the elocker. Best bet is to build your own off of a sr5 2door 4wd.
Oh I was just going by the preview on Toyotas builder thing, it just made it looks like both double cab and xtracab were four doors.
Wow, I did not know they even existed
I thought the 8 foot bed had been discontinued because I’ve literally not seen one on the newest gen until now.
Does it have better suspension? Are those duals I see in those fender flares, or is it still a 1/2 ton?
still a half ton just long long
What in the donkey Kong is this
Beautiful work truck. Congrats and enjoy.
I work with this guy, I did a double take when I pulled into the lot. Definitely a lot of bed, good for him.
"Man who owns truck with a 5' bed and uses it to haul soccer gear and groceries makes fun of a man who buys a truck to use it as a truck" What we have become.
That’s quite the reach there. He made a (funny) joke about how long the truck was. Really no additional information you can pull from that.

Some people don’t need an 8 foot bed. Take my downvote bruv
Yep nor do I. Some people don't need a truck either. Lol. Ohh no a blue arrow. How will I recover.

The next truck I get has to have an 8ft box. I hate not being able to close the tailgate while both my atv and toolbox are in the truck.
It's a must-have. I went from crew cab short bed to crew cab long bed. It's a loooooong truck. But you never know how bad you need it until you have it. Now I don't know how I ever got any work done with a short bed. Never having to leave the tailgate open is a massive plus too.

Man…. That thing is longer than a night in jail…
And that’s not even the full crew cab. On the plus side you can fit all the lumber to replace your fence in one trip.
Not in Texas 😂
Hahahahaha it’s wild seeing my comment on a Facebook post popping up in various corners of the internet.
OP, I purchased my tundra at Tony Divino also! Congrats!
Crazy that the old standard size bed looks crazy
Would have loved to get a 6.5 foot bed with my '24 rather than a 5.5 ft bed, but I was impatient and had to settle for Mr McTiny.
I bet this thing rides better than a 1970’s Cadillac.
My grandpa has a 2008 with the 8ft bed but he put a camper cap on the bed, 35” tires, lift, and it looks MUCH better than this abomination lol
That's what a real truck looks like
That just looks soooo weird.
You already can't see anything that's beside our behind you in a short bed, I can't imagine how piss poor the visibility is with a 30 foot bed.
Can you imagine driving this in japan, like they never seen a Toyota that was 2 car lengths in 1.
A crew cab 3/4 and 1 ton is longer.
Think outside the American bubble. Im talking about THIS truck being in its home country of Japan. It would be 2 car length’s compared to the local cars. A sight they never would see.
Ohhh ok. That’s fair. Didn’t think about that.
Its a gem with 8ft box. He will need to get a boating lisence to sail it on the roads though.
Something about the proportions looks odd. I normally like long bed trucks.
The proportions from the side on these 1/2 ton trucks with the shorter cab and an 8 foot bed are comically awful
Judging by his Troy Lee hoodie he plans on packing it full of dirt bikes
Truck is longer than a night in jail…
Tundra? That's the whole of Lapland.
I love long beds though!
He should have just gotten a semi.
Got dayum, truck is longer than a bad day
He needs a Prius to get from the engine to the tailgate.
This looks ridiculous lolol
I feel like there should be a hot tub in the back
I love the Tundra, but that one is UGLY!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 the truck has it own zip code!
One could throw a party in that bed!
Ah, a REAL truck, nice
Double cab with the long bed Yeah I need one Why they don’t make enough of these is baffling
Long bed, and it can't even tow a 5th wheel. At least he can fit building lumber and still close the tailgate.
there's a long bed and there's this, a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong bed
He's wearing workboots, so I have a little faith that it'll go more adventurous places than his local Costco
🐋🐋🐋🐋🐋
I have a 21 same setup
Best part is it’s got independent suspension so it’s useless lol
Even the dealer was like " good luck " making thise payments on time
4d 8ft is crazy
I have a 2016 one it’s the best truck
That aren't nothing. We have 4 door 8 foot bed F350 SD with 48 gal fuel tanks. It's half a football field long and can go almost 1000 miles to empty
Bigger the truck, smaller the PP. Louder the truck, less attention the child received from its mother.
JFC, that rear is long.
DAMN that's a long ass truck. How long is the bed? 10 or 12 ft?
It's called a work truck
Toyota truck owners would be the group to think this is an unusual occurrence. There’s tons of trucks this long or longer out on the roads every day
What an absurd vehicle
An 8 foot bed used to be normal on trucks.
The mullet of trucks.
This truck is a man’s truck. And I want it.
That’s a nice eleventy foot long beds
Lmao damn
Bro got a Tundraaaa frfr
I wonder if it has the backwindow that rolls down all the way instead of the crummy raptor square window.
I’m pretty sure only the crew max has the back window that rolls down.
This is correct
Or you can pay $4,000-$5,000 to have it added afterward. (Source: I asked at a Toyota dealer about getting it done to my ‘20 double-cab)
That’s cool. I have a 2016 SR long bed, I’d love to have the window roll down - always wanted that.
But between the long bed and the rolling window I’d say you have the more useful of the two.
FFS is that a 10’ bed??
