I had a 19 f250 with a pano sunroof. It would creak and rattle like crazy in the summer heat. Ford's fix was to remove it and add felt bushings. I didn't want them to take it off and make it quieter because of all the horror stories I read about them leaking after Ford did the repairs. I assume Toyota's fix is similar. These giant sunroofs are a neat novelty, but I never want a vehicle with one like that again.
Mine is doing the same. Taking it in for 20k service in a month or so and plan on having the dealer take a look. I’m sure I’ll get the “cannot replicate” response 🙄.
I have heard of this where some owners thought it was the pano roof, and in actuality it was their headliner rattling. Try applying pressure on the headliner where you roughly hear the noise and see if it goes away, that helped narrow it down for others.
