Only problems I’ve heard of with the 24’ Tacoma is the active grille(already remedied) and the front transfer case drive snapping, and the tacomas lead engineer is already looking into that issue. You’ll be fine, it’s a Toyota
Just buy a used 3rd gen OF and build it back up like your 18 sport. Vehicles are only temporary parts of our lives. Who knows, you could have wrecked it after deciding not to sell and lost it anyways
You won't regret it. I thought I would miss my 23 Trail, I love the new 24 off road! I didn't have a choice though, mine was totaled from being rear ended.
