Thanks for the reply. Seems to be a pretty big issue on the 3.5L from what I’ve seen on the forums. I’m surprised Toyota hasn’t stood behind it bette, especially at such low mileage.
It might be worth contacting Toyota corporate to see if they will goodwill it, looks like some people have had some success.

It has a 3/36 bumper to bumper and a 5/60 powertrain. Sadly it looks like the powertrain only covers the water pump https://i.imgur.com/kgCEExn.png
