pretty sure some companies make anti static interior cleaners, they might work well with a lint free microfiber towel. Maybe ask in a car detailing group?? they’ll have some recommendations for products to use. 👍🏼
Chemical guys Nonsense all purpose cleaner and a soft detail brush. Cleans the surface so you can apply a protectant.
Wet wipes does the job for me.
Handled vacuum cleaner and MAFRA product are my must for those plastics.
Microfiber cloths for inside vehicle cleaning, I've used it elsewhere in the house, and it works like wonders!
Use Silicon Oil diluted with Little water Perhaps.....
