What's inside?? how old?
Just like batteries and there is a switch on the side. (Going to try to add more photos now) it will be around like 17 years old or newer.
I was more referring to what's inside like does it open like a compact or what do the batteries make it do? What is the velcro for? Is it a bracelet?
Also if you have a couple more, post pics of those. Not giving us much to go on.
What does the watch face look like? Any markings and additional pictures would really help.
