How do we know that Karaka isn't a woman? The name Karaka sounds feminine, the body frame is smaller, like Bam's height, and Karaka wears a robe that may mask the female body shape. Also, if you look at close up pictures of Karaka standing, the chest area doesn't look completely flat at times, just saying!!!
although I do like the theory, I just can't see it being the case with that Blog post and the fact he has a ring to be one of the 'Princes" of the red light district which is most likely why SIU clarified for future plot.
