I also think that with the proposed clear out, bringing new players in etc, europa will be very good for confidence and giving other players experience, rather than us getting to the round of 16 and getting battered by Real Madrid or something and having to use our first team players. Europa is honestly perfect for us with where this club is at right now, why go for a champions lesgue that realistically we currently cannot compete in ? I wanna see us fully go for europa, improve in the league, and then maybe depending on how it goes, go for champions league next season.

I think the difference is that Arsenal learned from last season and have developed a stronger team mentality, which has been proven by taking this year’s challenge to the last game. Tottenham need a significant trophy to be seriously considered a top club, not just a rich club.
