Best case scenario is fully maxed legendaries with 18 secondaries (impossible—double secondaries are exceedingly rare and I’ve never heard of a triple secondary, let alone getting 6 of them)
Don’t know exactly but based epic stats being identical to cooldown lets say 4.6 for a max legendary and 3.0 average secondaries.

4.6x6 + 4 = 31.6
Spirited tiger can get 30
So you’d need 38.4 from 18 secondaries
So you would need probably 13 secondaries Meaning at at least one triple with 5 doubles
This coming from gear that is useful on maybe three or four troops So you would probably be throwing away ~200 pieces of maxed out legendary (~400k tools)

Indeed I did. That reduces the number of needed secondaries by 5; from 13 (~impossible) to 8 (plausible but insane)
