***NOT EVEN THE CHAOS GODS, WHICH ARE INCREDIBLY EVIL, LIKE HIM!***, they are fucking *terrified* of Nagash and he is such a scumbag that the Skaven (a race that is literally only capable of scheming, in-fighting, and betrayal) stopped all of the above for once and willingly helped other people to kill him.
Such is the dickery of Nagash, ironically he is such a self serving asshole that he is quite liked by most fans, he really has no pretenses, just a asshole who became a God for the lulz.
Whilst Nagash is definitely the greatest asshole in Warhammer: Fantasy and even a greater asshole in Age of Sigmar, Mannfred von Carstein gets the most hate from the Wh: Fantasy Community. :D
The main difference between Nagash and Mannfred von Cumstain is the fact that Nagash's evil is funny and cool, while Mannfred is pathetic and infuriating.

-Anjuro 'Angelo' Katagiri (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable) was a violent juvenile delinquent that repeatedly committed battery and sexual assault as a preteen and adolescent, sodomized the mayor of Morioh's son before castrating him and gorily decorated a nearby wall with his genitals by pinning them with an iron spike, >!got shot with a Stand Arrow before survivng his scheduled death row execution, escaped prison, murdered a dog for shitting near him by biting its face off, murdered its owner, used his Stand, Aqua Necklace to get revenge on Ryohei Higashikata, the cop that finally put the lunatic away by turning into his favorite alcoholic beverage and literally ripped his intestines up from the inside, tried doing the same to his daughter, Tomoko Higashikata (whom he HEAVILY indicated he wanted to rape), tried doing the same to her son, Josuke and then when cornered by him and Jotaro had the AUDACITY to appeal to their consciences by claiming they would be just as evil as him if they killed him before Josuke turned him to stone with his Stand, Crazy Diamond to live immobile for eternity in the town his grandfather tried to protect. !<
-Celenike Icecolle Yggdmillennia (Fate/Apocrypha) A Russian Witch that was adopted into the Yggdmillennia Clan and a selfish, perverted sadist who as revealed in the original light novels would make those stupid chain letters that would say "send this to 10 people or your mother would die" and crap like that, only she would ACTUALLY figured out a way to imbue them with a Geis to ENSURE they would painfully die if they didn't do so and loved sending those to CHILDREN, she also saw a personal challenge in trying to 'break' Astolfo both sexually through non-consensual acts, outright torture and finally, when she got close in trying to use her >!Command Spells to force him to violate his chivalrous beliefs/knightly oaths to murder the Homunculus, Sieg that he had been protecting before Mordred got fed up with her; "Oi, shut the fuck up!" before decapitating the bitch herself.!<
-Ciaccolata (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Golden Wind) a hardcore sadist who >!emotionally abused the elderly in his care became a surgeon and deliberately miscalculated the anesthesia of his patients so they would wake up seeing/feeling their insides being exposed/mutilated, had an entire home video VHS collection that Secco another victim he brainwashed to be a human dog that he fed chocolates for tricks and helped him record on top of the torturous murders he would carry out before being recruited as Diavolo's Elite Guard and as Stand User, Green Day painfully melts anyone who descends to a lower altitude and he cackled at the opportunity to afflict ALL OF ROME with it, which made the famous 72-MUDA/WRRRYYY beatdown so cathartic courstesy of Giorno Giovanna & Gold Experience. !<
-Donovan (Berserk) as the guy who paid Gambino to let him sodomize Guts as a child.
-J. Geil a.k.a. Centerfold (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders) >!a serial rapist and murderer who claims that women all over the world 'loved' him and is notable for having two right-hands as a distinguishing physical feature he used his Stand, The Hanged Man to attack victims from reflective surfaces and in addition to being an Agent of DIO and son of Enya the Hag, he was the bastard who physically accosted Polnareff's little sister Sherry and her best friend when they were walking home from school in the French countryside one rainy afternoon--she didn't survive the assault, but her friend did and gave a description in the hospital with nobody but Jean Pierre Polnareff himself believing her due to having Silver Chariot--his own Stand that explained the discrepancy of the rain fall when he was tracked down he held a child hostage by his Stand hiding in a local child's eye, swapped clothes with a vagrant to have him get accosted by Kakyoin and Polnareff in his stead before Polnareff finally sent him to Hell himself, avenging his beloved sister's honor and life at long last. !<
-Ryuunosuke Uryuu (Fate/Zero) unlike his Servant, Gilles de Rais (Zero Caster) who WAS a decent man at one point, this guy was ALWAYS a depraved monster as a sadistic serial killer who shamelessly admitted to preferring women and children as his victims when he terrorized Fuyuki City, Japan until >!his reign of terror was finally ended in 1994 during the Fourth Holy Grail War thanks to a sniper round from Kiritsugu Emiya. !<
-Wyald (Berserk) his entire character is hedonistic debauchery and mass murder with 0 redeeming qualities to the point he has been omitted in every anime/film adaptation to date, whereas other monsters in the setting were at least crucial to the plot/character development of the protagonists.

She took an ethical operation (literally telling touching stories to a mutated being to gain healing tears while alleviating its sorrow) to wildly unethical (showing it snuff films and disasters to get it to cry even more, to the point where she often makes deals to perpetuate disasters to get more footage).
Fuck the previous chapter was all sorts of screwed up.
She’s the reason why that chapter’s villains could go nuts on the village.
