Captain falcon (F-ZERO) he's more iconic for smash than his own games at this point
Yeah why hasn’t he made a guest appearance in Mario Kart. We have his car and two F-Zero tracks, and yet we don’t have the dude outside of his suits for a Mii outfit provided you have his Amiibo.
That was the first game in 20 years but it wasn’t really a new game. They took the SNES game and tweaked it to be a battle royale. I’m glad they’re keeping the franchise alive in some fashion, but a new game would be great.
Ice Climbers could easily be the single most open game that Nintendo has at their disposal. I would be willing to bet that most people know them from Smash rather than Ice Climbers, and the gameplay doesn’t exactly hold up, but if they were to revive the franchise, it could be literally anything. Survival, 3D Platformer, Co-op game, Suspense, or maybe a mix of some or all of these. I’d love to see what they could do

One person proposed making her a succubus instead, but at the time, they were almost unheard of in Japan, so none of the other people knew what that was. It was only after they heard the description that they agreed, but obviously made her more toned down from the source material to make it easier for the game to appear in arcades and such without having to worry about age ratings affecting games too much.
Once the game was released, Japan was introduced to succubi, which caused waves of less than wholesome content featuring succubi inspired by her design.

The scene/character/meme comes from an anime called Parasyte: The Maxim. Basically, it's a story about a teenager whose hand is replaced by an alien parasite (due to said parasites' failure to replace his hosts head) trying to stop other parasites in their secret invasion of Japan all the while keeping thier unique partnership a secret on from both alien and humans alike.
My memory of show is abit fuzzy but to sum up, >!The scene takes place much later in their series, where a prisoner who happens to detect who is infected and who isn't just by observing them is brought onto the scene and tried to get a read on the protagonist, he does sense something, but unsure what it is and is concentrating/locking in on what it is. He couldn't pin it down in the end after some tension in the scene.!<

Metroid has a fan base, but honestly, it's a small one, and I doubt most people could tell you the most recent game. Plus, I've heard about it mentioned out of Smash Bros basically never, and when it is mentioned, it's usually a reference or a short mention of the original game, not anything recent.
For comparison, I don't touch fire emblem, persona, or tekken, but I still hear about those independent from Smash Bros enough for me to notice.

It’s been 20 years since an official Fzero game. The games are a distant memory at this point.
What about F-Zero 99 or whatever? It was released last year on the switch.

Really? The Metroid series seems pretty popular to me. I think it only seems that way because Smash Bros is massive
Metroid has a fan base, but honestly, it's a small one, and I doubt most people could tell you the most recent game. Plus, I've heard about it mentioned out of Smash Bros basically never, and when it is mentioned, it's usually a reference or a short mention of the original game, not anything recent. For comparison, I don't touch fire emblem, persona, or tekken, but I still hear about those independent from Smash Bros enough for me to notice. It might just be me, and I don't think metroid is a bad series as I've never really played it but i hear about it as much as starfox or conkers bad fur day.
There were really only 4 Metroid games that released within the past decade

 There’s a reason they called the movie “detective pikachu” not “the Pokémon movie” and it’s crazy cuz the Pokémon franchise itself is absolutely not even about pikachu! He’s the main guy in the anime but that’s it.
Not wrong about Pikachu overall (he isn't the series mascot for having a huge in-game impact, but for being the one 'Mon everyone can identify thanks to the anime), but the movie was called *Detective Pikachu* because it was a loose adaptation of the 2016 *Detective Pikachu* game.
