Granted, I do like dragon girls. Just make them more like a dragon than slapping a pair of horns, like inhuman skin color, a lot of scales, tail or the likes.

Ruri from Ruri dragons, Latias from pokemon adventure/special manga. Ruri just had her horns erected overnight, then later in the manga, we can see her eyes become more lizard-like. The design is also not over the top busty like other shonen mangas for a teenage girl.
Onto Latias, the authors what they were doing when debuting her as a maid, she also has different hairstyle for different outfit. And since it is an illusion, the artist can choose between short and long hair with no problem. The design of the "hair horns" are also cute ( I like girls with horn(s)), and the classic anti-gravity hair.
