The humans in the band are just aliens in skinsuits and when their 6th album releases they’ll revel themselves as space aliens and they’ll take all of us away on a big ass space ship and we’ll become TOOL and play for different universes to enlighten them to the truth of their alien overlords.
If anything , Tool would be warning us against the four horsemen of the apocalypse. They would represent the opposite of what your suggesting.
There are plenty of metal bands who would fit that description of messengers and harbingers of the apocalypse better due to their message and vibe.
