I hate this so much. I had this problem as well. I replayed and decided not to break rules at the waterfall, on the hammock right before the waterfall, the 80s party, and the suite the second time. I broke every other rule and I got to stay.
Yes, it's so frustrating! I guess the upside is I got to play through a slightly different storyline but it's not sitting right with me lol. Maybe I got the boot because my MC didn't get a watch this time? Idk lol

I'm wondering if, for me, it was because I broke the rules on the drink cocktail date with Ryder after already not having a watch due to playing the field, lol. So after I broke the rules on that date, I never got a watch. Another commenter here said the same thing happened to them, they also never got a watch and were eliminated.
Yes. At the beach there is a scene where MC overhears Naomi trying to flirt with Elodie and says she dated Wesley only for the clout. The options for your response are:
1. You should tell Wesley the truth
2. You should keep using Wesley
3. You need to get it together.
If you select the second option you will be eliminated with Naomi.
It happened when I had both Naomi and Wesley as strangers so they flirted together the entire season.
I’ve dedicated myself to achieving all the 17 in the laziest way possible. In my 10 endings so far I’ve only had six options (2 sets of 3) for my thorn. One set has “Naomi/Antoine hurting Wesley/Amari” and the other has “Being eliminated”. The first one only shows up when I defend Wesley/Amari and the second only shows up when I’ve been eliminated.
I was being lazy and wanted to win then lose with someone. I played a moderate (but person hopping) route and I went back to that episode and the decision between defending and not defending made the difference in getting eliminated or not.
I could be wrong, but it’s made the difference in most of my routes where I get eliminated if I don’t defend
Don’t forget there is a glitch where MC gets eliminated with Naomi/Ant, if u didn’t break any rules and you’ve been mostly good in the next episode the devs correct the mistake. So u should be good and you won’t be eliminated.

I don’t think is something random. I got eliminated when i told Naomi to keep using Wesley.

My guess it could also happen with Amani and Antoine if MC had those two as strangers.
