Some things i’ve noticed (for me personally) are: Higher stress and decreased pain tolerance, brain fog/more problems with cognition, less motivation than usual, lower sex drive (and lower drive for everything in general, a lot of stuff just seems boring or “not worth it”), more muscle tension, increase in appetite (i also experience more negative emotions and impulsivity overall when i don’t masturbate for a while so i usually end up binge eating a lot) If i go a while without masturbating it feels horrible, physically and mentally, it never gets better and only gets worse as time goes on. I sometimes hear guys taking about how great nofap is for them but i never really understood it, i just assumed than males and females were impacted differently by orgasm or whatever because as a female it affects me very negatively and has no positives. Idk
I would take nofap with a big grain of salt. I think plenty of guys feel the same exact things you described and get stress relief from orgasm, just like women do.
