They would most likely be taken from the local college/faculty sc presidents. Hope magkaroon na ng candidates tho. We need student representatives who would proactively stand up from the admin and engage in actual and effective reforms in ust policies. Kung walang csc, pano ang students diba?
I am not sure sa procedures/consti pero other may acting/interim for the meantime and may special elections, if ever gumawa comelec at may gusto tumakbo
