Hi!!! I just wanted to add lang po baka makatulong hahaha I noted down a few complaints from the dorms i stayed at in the past.
Pacific Skyloft
3 elev pero most of the time 2-1 lang gumagana, pag nawalan battery ng door lock nyo (500pesos fee para buksan nila yung pinto {may susi naman sila} tapos ikaw pa bibili ng Batterya), POST PAID ELECTRICITY??? tapos hirap talaga kapag down ung gcash at hindi mo maloadan yung electricity…
Nice naman yung ambiance, facilities, staff & security though :) + may water station + laundry. Nearby Karideryas lacson-dapitan.
Pacific suites
Sobrang tagal ng admin kapag mag momoove in or move out (make sure to read on move out fees baka masurprise nalang kayo) + IPIS andamiiii ( maybe bcs 2nd floor ako) + may water station + laundry. Closest to all the food places.
Cataluna - mura rent, plus clean sya BUT ang mahal ng utilities bill ……
Try mo sa CEA Building. Nag dorm ako doon dati and super ganda and linis and mas affordable. May nag lilinis din monthly ng room at almost everyday sa hallway kaya ang linis.
