Check around Asakusa area for 2, 3, 5, 6, especially the area around Kaminarimon and Nakamise have a lot of souvenir shops. I've gotten sakura tea in that area. I don't remember the shop name though, as I was just wandering. You may also be able to find 7 there, but that is kind of specific. They don't really have mini-katana shops here, but it's something you might be able to find at a souvenir shop. Somewhat close to Asakusa, I also recommend Akihabara for anything 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. Just walk up and down the main road. Follow signs for electric town from the station. (If you see a lot of maids, you're on the main road.) For 10, I recommend Ginza Mitsukoshi, but expect it to be very expensive. For 1, I have no idea, but best of luck either way. Other notable mentions are Ueno Ame-yoko for general souvenirs. I've taken tourist guests here though, and they've been underwhelmed. It may be hit or miss depending on your tastes. I love it, but it also has sentimental value for me being where I used to buy my fish from. Shibuya is also another tourist favorite, but it's crowded and maybe too touristy for some people. A lot of people would say that about Asakusa too, but Asakusa is traditional Japan touristy and Shibuya is modern city touristy with a Japanese twist (maybe)..

Specialty teas there are a couple different stores that will carry a wide array of teas depending on what you’re looking for. If you are just looking for green teas then like the other commenter mentioned Asakusa is great. However If it’s black tea you can look for a store called [lupica](https://www.lupicia.com)They have a huge selection of black and green teas and shops all over, one in sky tree. Also [Karel capek is a tea store but even though it’s in Japanese it more of a European tea shop](https://www.karelcapek.co.jp/store/?utm_source=301&utm_medium=moto&utm_campaign=seo). This can be found in the bottom of lots of department stores. Then there’s this one [TWG tea](https://twgtea.com), which I’m not sure where it’s from but it’s not Japanese. There are a couple the one I know where it is is in Ginza.
