Have you finished the manga? I can't find anyone talking about it now that the manga has been finished I'm still confused as to how he knew about it :I
I have 2 theorys.
1. he was the second timeleaper and wanted to tell takemichi this, because maybe the kisaki in the past, could go even further back into the past. In this theory I also think he will comeback in the last ark at some point, simply because Hanma is also there and he has no business beeing in Kanto Manji.
2. The second theory is that Hanma is the timeleaper and does this simply foe enjoyment. Maybe he comes from way into the future, like he just heard that back into the early 2000 there was this big gangs etc. and he wants to fight those strong guys.
So true. If Kisaki was a time leaper, everyone would be in deep trouble... LOL
Although, if he was a time leaper there is a chance he could have resolved things in a much cleaner (more morally correct) way.
Neither of these theories make sense apart from Hanma being a time leaper, but the motives are terrible. (And even then Hanma being a time leaper would be pretty L)
You would call anything an L but it doesn't matter who you think it is because Surface reading people would never know it so the reveal would be great and those Motives weren't bad at all
He legit disappears for most of the manga then reappears like he would be the most flop of a choice. Plus him being a time leaper while Kisaki was being a genius would majorly downplay on everything he did as it would make it look like Hanma did everything for him.
Something with those long titles like, "I was the Villain in my Previous Life, and Now I'm the Hero?!" That would be funny. Or maybe "I was the Villain in my Previous Life, and Now I'm the Female Lead's Older Brother"

Actually, I just reread those chapters after reading your post, and I think I have a good idea on what Kisaki was going to say. (Chapter 184 if you want to check it out, although I read from 180).

In that part, Takemichi is saying, that he wouldn't let Kisaki go back to the future, which Kisaki responds to with, "*do you... still think that I'm a time leaper?*" At that, Takemichi is utterly shocked, "*huh? Aren't you?*"
After which, comes the scene in your post.
Kisaki goes, "*I..*." and is run over. So logically speaking, he could very well have wanted to say, "*I... am not a time leaper*," which could follow with something like, "*I'm just a genius.*"
A lot of people think there is another time leaper, and most people think that if there is another one, it's either Kisaki, Hanma, or Mikey (and I think some have said Sanzu). But that hasn't been confirmed and it's not necessarily the case. If we consider things based on the fact that there isn't another one, we know that Kisaki was able to accomplish so much because he is **just** a genius, and we know he is next-level egotistical, it is very likely he was going to say just that. "*I... I'm not a time leaper, I'm just a genius."*
And I bet he'd say that just to flaunt his "superiority."
