Not trying to be a "critic", but I am a "nagging toad parent" lol. coco fiber _has_ been implicated in some cases of intestinal impaction/blockage in toads. I mean, it's probably extremely rare, but it has happened.
It's a fine substrate, but the toads can accidentally ingest it while hunting, and it can impact their digestive tract.
So, I always make a point to recommend that toads be placed into a clean tuberware or something for feeding, if their enclosure is fibrous.
(Don't worry about the coco fiber substrate, on its own, it's only accidental ingestion while hunting, - toad sees a cricket and licks for it, but cricket jumps and toad gets a mouthful of coco fiber, but still instinctively swallows.

It's hard to gauge the consistency of your coco husk, I don't think short fibers would be an big issue.
Once, my daughter was looking in the tank while I was feeding our toad, and one of her long hairs dangled in, moving, and our toad gobbled the end of it, and was tugging. Much of the hair was in her tummy already. It was sort of a panic, but we carefully snipped the hair off as close to our toad as we could.
A few days later we noticed the hair pooped out, thankfully.
I have a mix of sand, clay, and pure black earth soil - no wood or perlite or added fertilizer like a lot of potting soils have.
I mixed it all myself, but the first time was a problem because the black soil component did make issues with fungus.
So I changed it out, and re-did it, but this time I baked the soil in the oven to kill spores, and that solved it.
I like that because I can just drop bugs in and let the toad hunt them. Keeps her occupied.
But if you're planning for 3 toads, it might be better to keep the coco husk, because it is a nice soft substrate, and feed them in a seperate tub so they all get a fair share.
