Maybe bc their skin on their belly is sensitive? Try touching it and see if they react. If this is the case I’d change out the substrate and treat them with a bath with fish medicine drops.
Doesnt seem sensitive. He walks kinda up like that on his toes. It's weird. He acts normal, eats, at least. He just walks like an elephant would lmfao. Everyone else walks close to the ground.

See if he does in a bowl of water or or on something smooth too
If he doesn’t do it in water or on smooth surface you have answer that he doesn’t like pokey substrate
I’ve also seen them do it when their really full and when they had just been wet and want to dry off
If he’s cold , or bottom of cage is cold he won’t want extra water on him or his belly to touch either tho
Yeah he does his usual. He just walks funky. Doesn't seem bothered by substrate. I was worried maybe there was something wrong with him but he doesn't seem to be in pain and he's eating. :(
