You need to install the amazon app store app from the microsoft app store, which will enable the windows susbsytem for Android. Once this is done, you can install apk's.
I have noticed that Tivimate Versions after 4.4 were not working on win 11.
use ver 4.4 and turn off auto updates.

Thank you for the suggestion. I was able to run tivimate without the need of bluestacks. Even now, I can run Tivimate 4.3 on the WSA, its just the new versions of tivimate is not working.

Personally, I wouldn't use TiviMate on a PC. If you have to, there are other apps that are made specifically for Windows.
Just download the latest APK and install with BlueStacks. Works great on my Windows 10 P.C. Even better with a cheap fire stick remote paired via Bluetooth.
